Prologue: A new life in the digital world

The city Royal Woods have become a Barron wasteland and was ruled by the evil Shadowdragon Drazeros. Kai Loud the firedragon have lost his friends, family, and his girlfriend Lilac the waterdragon to the monster Drazeros.

Kai made a vow to avenge their deaths by killing Drazeros and freeing Earth from his tyranny.

A young boy is running away from Siderian and Felice as they were chasing after him.

Siderian:(anger) Get back here you little brat!

The one standing on top of the building is the evil and tyrannical war mongerer Drazeros the Shadowdragon. He didn't care about the boy nor did he care for his second in command and his strongest fighter. He only wants to kill Kai just like how he killed Kai's rival and friend Kelvin. He senses Kai energy. Drazeros smirked sadisticly as he will enjoy killing him.

The boy ran to an alley but there was no left to run.

Boy:(scared) P-please l-let me go!

Siderian:(evil smile) Say goodbye brat.

That's when an orange blur came and punched Siderian hard on his right cheek as he was hurtling towards Felice.

Kai stood in front of the boy the difference was he had a scar on his face and his eye was blinded. He had a scarf around his neck that belonged to his friend Jake, the other were gauntlets on both of his arms that belonged to Henry, and a necklace that belonged to his girlfriend Lilac.

Kai looked to kid with concern.

Kai:(concern) You alright kid?

Boy:(grateful smile) Y-yes thank you.

Kai sighed in relief and glad that the child was safe.

Siderian: (anger) Big mistake firedragon.

Kai:(anger) Your biggest mistake was attacking a child and wanted to kill him!

Siderian: He chose to stand against us! He deserves to die just like his parents and just like your friends and family.

Kai got pissed when the wolf mentioned his dead family and friends. He charged at both Siderian and Felice. Felice tried to slash him with her gauntlet blades but the firedragon dodged them and he cut off both of Felice's arms. The tiger screams in both pain and agony that both of her arms were cut clean off.

Kai then cut off her head as her body hit the hard surface. Siderian was shocked of what he saw.  Siderian charged at Kai with his sword as he tried to stab the firedragon but Kai jumps over him and stabs from behind the back as the wolf died.

Kai soon heard clapping and saw his arch nemesis Drazeros. The two dragons glared at each with absolute hatred in their eyes.

Drazeros: I will admit I'm impressed that you killed both Felice and Siderian without any hesitation.

Kai: Drazeros I will put an end to your reign of terror once and for all!

Drazeros: You will try.

Kai looked to the boy.

Kai: Find cover this is gonna get ugly.

The boy nodded as he ran to find cover. The two dragons charged at each other as they fight each other to the death. Kai and Drazeros punch each other viciously. Then they brought both their swords as their swords clashed against each other. Drazeros slashed Kai on his shoulder. Kai roundhouse kicked him on the neck sending Drazeros a few feet back. The two glared at each other one final time. They both charged and slashed each other. Blood dripped on the ground Drazeros's neck was slashed and he died. Kai was stabbed and slashed in the chest and he fell to the ground on his back as he continued to bleed. The boy ran to Kai and told him to hang on but he had died. The people of Royal Woods mourned and cried for the loss of their friend and hero but know that he has reunited with his friends and family.

But fate had others plans for Kai as his journey is just beginning

A digiegg soon hatched as it revealed Koromon also known as Kai. Kai didn't know what happened he thought that he would be in the afterlife to see his friends and family again. But he was in a completely different body.

That's when he heard rustling in the bushes and saw strange creatures looking at him.

Kai:(cautious) Who are all of you?

?: No need to be hostile we're your friends. My names Tsunomon nice to meet you fellow Digimon.

Kai was confused by that. What is a Digimon he thought. Kai soon realized that's the body he's in. Kai soon settled down and apologized for being aggressive. They forgave and introduced themselves to him. Kai got along well with the other Digimon and learned that the Digital World is in danger and they need the help from the chosen children to defeat the evil in the Digital World. Kai only hoped that he doesn't confront his old arch enemy if he returns both worlds will be in danger.

This is now Kai's new journey as he will face many dangerous enemies.
