Ever since Kai was reborn as a Digimon and meeting his tamer Tai. He really likes his new home and friends including his tamer Tai. The journey they been through when Tai and the others were kids have been through good and bad times.
Agumon(Kai) Has been enjoying the digital world but misses Tai.
Agumon(Kai): I wonder how Tai and the others are doing?
That's when Kai sensed something was going on and ran to the real world to protect Tai.
Meanwhile in the Real World...
Tai was running from Kuwagamon that was chasing after him. Tai fell off his bike and Kuwagamon lunged toward him. Kai appeared and used pepper breath at the insect Digimon. Kai looked at Tai with a smile on his face.
Kai:(smile) Hey Tai. Long time no see.
Tai:(smile) It's good to see you too buddy.
Kuwagamon soon got back up and glared at Kai.
Kai: Tai.
Tai nodded and brought out his digivice.
Agumon(Kai): Agumon Digivolve to... Greymon!
Kai Digivolve to Greymon as he charged at Kuwagamon as Digiport opened bringing them to an airport.
?: Howling Blaster!
The attack hit Kuwagamon sending him crashing to the ground.
Greymon(Kai): Garurumon! Great to see you again.
Garurumon: It's nice to see you again too Kai.
Timeskip...
After they defeated Kuwagamon they each talked to each other and their Digimon partners were happy to see each other again.
They see another old friend of theirs from the past. It was Mimi.
Mimi: Hi Everyone! Missed me
Palmon:(excited) Mimi!
Palmon ran to Mimi to give her a hug.
Tai: Long time no see Mimi.
Kai: It's great to see you again Mimi.
Sora: Did you come back for the battle that was going on?
Mimi: No, I was planning on returning anyways. That reminds me I got souvenirs these small weird candies.
Mimi: Here Agumon try it will make feel better.
Agumon(Kai) picked up the candy and tasted it.
Agumon(Kai): This tastes really good!
Gatomon: I wanna try it too!
Matt: Quick question how do we get home?
