Johnny (possible serial killer), 2:34pm; Two murders in the span of a couple of days, I'm starting to think you were right. Maybe we are dealing with a serial killer.

Leland raises an eyebrow from where he's laying in his bed, it's currently the third day since classes have been suspended - and he's been, well, bored. Usually, most would be having a small party over this - no class for a couple of days is the best news any student could receive. Though from the circumstances that have arisen for this, most can understand why no one is celebrating.

Leland has spent most of the time inside of his room, the only time he has gone out was to get more food for the place - and to check in with his friends. Ana's older sister Maria found out what had been happening on campus ground, and she didn't hesitate to come down and swoop Ana away for a bit. He feels a lot more comfortable knowing that Ana is just back home for a little bit - so it gave him one less friend to worry over. Connie and Julie hadn't left each other's side as well, and Leland feels kind of bad for Sonny - since they both decided they wanted to stay in his dorm room. Danny is still hanging around in their room as well, but sometimes he'll still go out because he just can't be held up for too long in one area.

Today was another day where Danny had disappeared from the room, he informed Leland before he left - that he was just going to catch up with some of his other friends - and that he would come back later today. Leland didn't really say much to it, just gave him a nod as he walked out - and for the rest of the day Leland was just going to study. He didn't get much of it done, when he would crack open the English book along with Johnny's notes - his head would go to a different place. It made it nearly impossible for him to study it, so he switched it around to just lay in his bed and scroll on TikTok.

He was enjoying it, having fun as well - all up until he got that text message from Johnny. His heart skipped a beat when he saw that man's name appear on his screen - and the nerves started to wash back in. He hadn't spoken or even seen Johnny since that last day in class, and it took him a long time to wash away the feeling he had from the cold stare Johnny gave him. It didn't sit well with Leland, the way Johnny had smirked towards him after the announcement of the second murder - and he was really starting to believe Johnny was the killer. There was no hard proof to actually pin it on that man, but Leland just had that feeling.

It's kind of like the same feeling he has now, his heart beating fast but also feeling like it's in the pit of his stomach - as he rereads Johnny's text for the fifth time. He shouldn't reply to him, he knows better than to text back - but his fingers hover over the keyboard for a little bit too long - and he's typing out a text back.

Leland, 2:44pm; I already knew it was a serial killer from the first one, the way that person got killed.. It was too much to be just a homicide.

Johnny (possible serial killer), 2:46pm; It was just a bit too much for me to jump to conclusions straight away, I usually like to figure things out properly. Study them for a little bit, before coming up with a conclusion.

Leland, 2:48pm; Doesn't it make you feel uneasy about it now? Since two murders have happened?

Johnny (possible serial killer), 2:51pm; I guess in a way yes, I never thought my college experience would revolve around murders. I was actually looking forward to my time here, it got me away from my home for a bit - and, I was hoping to meet people.

Leland, 2:55pm; I just want to know why it's happening here, like why come to this shitty small college and just start killing people? I will never understand why some killers are the way they are.

Johnny (possible serial killer), 2:58pm; Maybe they found this place to be an easy target? I mean we are in a pretty small part of texas, the cops around here are kind of shit.
