Sleepless night

POV: LANCE
    No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't sleep. I tossed and turn, visions of Pidge dancing in my head. God I miss her so much.
    At about one in the morning hours after I tried for sleep, someone knocked on the door. "Lance?" A familiar raspy voice questioned. "Are you up?" "Yeah." I answered. The sound of a button was herd as my metal door slid open. "Hey Keith." I said laying on my back in bed. "Couldn't sleep?" Keith questioned. "Nope. What about you?" "Couldn't sleep either. You're no the only one that's missing Pidge." Keith said as he sat on the floor next to my bed side. " I know, I know. I'm just so worried about her. What if they hurt her?" My voice cracking. "I love her, Keith. I need her." Tears staring to form in my eyes. "I knew it!" Keith yelled, maybe a bit to loud. "Sorry not the time." I couldn't help but chuckle. "It's fine." I replied.
    For the rest of the early morning me and Keith just sat in silence, while I played and braided his hair.
    Later in the morning, we were all awakened to the morning alarm. Me and Keith got are armor on and grabbed our bayards before heading to the main control room.
    "Good morning everyone!" Allura said cheerfully. "Alright team, let's quickly review our plan and get ready to find the ship." Shiro said firmly.
    But in the middle of our discussion a weird hologram screen popped up in the center of the control room. "Pidge?" I questioned out loud. "Now that you have some motivation not to upset me and scare your friends. How do you activate the lion!" Haggars raspy voice yelled through the screen. "I told you I'm not going to tell you." Pidge said back. "Suit yourself." A wave of powerful purple electricity shot through to where Pidge was strapped. "Aaaagggghhhhhhhh" Pidge yelled. "Pidge!" I yelled in fear. I didn't even notice I was crying. Then the video cut and the screen disappeared. Oh Katie, what have they been doing to you. All I could do was stand there still as a rock. Processing what just happened, tears pouring down my eyes in the process. "Lance, we'll save her I promise." Shiro said, his eyes watering. "We must go now." I said. "Before they do something else to her." "Everyone get to your lions." Shiro commanded. "We're going to save Pidge."
