POV: LANCE
A loud scream rang through the coms. Tears pricked my eyes as we flew over to her lion. But it was drifting away towards the galra ship.
I charged at Pidge as fast as I could. No, no, no. But some galra fighter jets pushed her lion into the larger ship before any of us could make it to her.
The black lion was able to get a tracker on the ship before it departed at the speed of light.
Tears were streaming down my face as we flew back to the castle.
I never really realized how much I liked her until now. Visions of her chestnut eyes playing in my head. I got out of my lion and found the rest of the team standing there already. Seeing everyone sad just broke me and all I could do was collapse to my knees. Silent hot tears running down my face.
Hunk immediately came rushing over to hug me. Hunk softly spoke in my ear. "Everything will be alright, I promise." "No it won't be alright! She could get hurt bad Hunk."My voice cracking. "Lance, we will find her, we're tracking the ship remember." Shiro spoke. "All we need is a plan." Keith added firmly.
Coran then rushed in. "What happened? Where's number 5?" His expression then filled with realization. "She's been taken away by the galra." Was all my voice could say.
All we could do was work on a rescue plan, silently preying she was gonna we alright.
By dusk we had a well thought out plan on how to rescue her. We would split into two lions. The black lion and the red lion. Me and Keith, in the red lion would break into the ship and sneak around until we found the prison cells. While the Black lion covered us. We would search for Pidge's cell and break her free from it. Then the Black lion would pick us up and we could get back to the castle safely.
But for now Shiro told us to get some rest before the mission tomorrow.
I just hope Pidge is okay.
