Lorenzo's Pov

I plop down with Luce on my right and Marcus on my left. The whole group was here. Ny started complaining about how boring the train rides were. This causes Blaise and Draco to start talking about this one eventful train ride involving Luna Lovegood and I .

"Ewwww I would like to keep my food in during this train ride please", Luce states

I stuck my tongue out in response, I'm happy that Luce Granger is my best friend and there are no weird feelings between us because during the third year (twoish years ago) as Luce and I grew closer we shared a kiss. It was a good kiss but we remained to stay friends as the was nothing special within the kiss. Honestly, I don't think I see myself in a relationship, sure I fuck a lot of girls. But it was all one-night stands. I'm too messed up to be with someone, my family trauma runs deep.

I then noticed a girl in the back even though I couldn't see her face as her book was in the way. Interestingly, it was Pride and Prejudice which is one of my favorite Muggle books.

I sat back down with a handful of sweets.

During dinner, Dumbledore introduces two new transfer students. Rory Ravenwood and Carson Rose. We briefly made eye contact(Carson and I), she has beautiful big eyes. She looks nothing like the girls from here. The two girls were both placed in Slytherin, they sat in front of my friends and I.

We all greeted them. Yet it was a short conversation because Dumbledore started off with his speech.

It is my great pleasure to inform you that the Triwizard Tournament will be taking place at Hogwarts this year

The Triwizard Tournament was first established some seven hundred years ago, as a friendly competition between the three largest European schools of wizardry – Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, and Durmstrang. A champion was selected to represent each school, and the three champions competed in three magical tasks. The schools took it in turns to host the Tournament once every five years and it was generally agreed to be the most excellent way of establishing ties between young witches and wizards of different nationalities.

"The Heads of Beauxbatons and Durmstrang have already arrived, and on Halloween, we will have the Champion Selections. An impartial judge will decide which students, are most worthy to compete for the Triwizard Cup, the glory of their school, and a thousand galleon personal prize money."

"Eager though I know all of you will be able to bring the Triwizard Cup to Hogwarts," he said, "the heads of the participating schools, along with the Ministry of Magic, have agreed to impose an agreed restriction on contenders this year. Only students who are of age – that is to say, seventeen years or older – will be allowed to put forward their names for consideration.

"The delegations from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang will be staying with us for the greater part of this year. I know that you will all extend every courtesy to our foreign guests while they are with us, and will give your whole-hearted support to the Hogwarts champion when he or she is selected

Lorenzo's Pov

Dumbledore's speech ends and I turn around back to my friends.

Rory and Marcus are eye fucking each other, I roll my eyes with annoyance. First day back and he's already finding himself a new girl to date.

so Marcus proposes a welcome get-together in our dorm room.

Rory then replied "We're in"

Carson didn't really seem interested but Rory pushed her and stated that we should celebrate Carson's birthday.

"Happy Birthday", I reply but am interrupted by Draco

"What is she turning twelve, a small little one isn't she", Draco remarks

She gave him a deadly glare, "Oh not very friendly, I'm surprised you even have friends"

I chuckled

Dinner was over and we all went to get ready
