Death

Narrator's Pov

Carson Rose was dead.

Out of her body, she is released from the struggles of existence.

And there she was surrounded by darkness and death.

Death was curious about her plans but death can't be an inevitability. She knew that and accepted it as her plan wasn't 100 percent to succeed, it had some major flaws. But in all honestly, she was tired of living. The Angel of Death was surpassed by this as many people fought death, hated, or feared him. But not her, even though she was alone she felt at peace at the moment.

Time cannot be tracked as she and Death came to understand each other, yet in the other world time was ticking. During this, death observed her and became her friend. Despite not having a body, turning into a ghost she felt cold and stuck in an eternity of aloneness.

Death never had a friend before and even though he wanted her, it was not her time.

He was not angry about what she had done but rather in support of her purpose and mission. He will call for her but not now.

As for her friends, they are more chaotic than ever. Her childhood best friend is mentally troubled, easily finding herself in detention. Draco is severely stressed about his relationship with Luce and the cabinet. Theo and Marcus have been skipping school days very often as they engage in death-eater activities. The loss of his love resulted in Enzo coping with drinking and going back to his old ways. Girls come in and out of his dorm room.

The same day of Carson's death

Nacrissa and Grayson drag Carson's body to the basement, the only safe place where there are no windows.

Heading back up Narcissa was making funeral plans.

Grayson stayed waiting.

The time was up including the twenty-four hours

Grayson became more anxious as the time passed and so did the potion.

She gasps for air to reach her lungs.

Grayson's head snapped at her " Shit, you almost got me worried there. I thought the potion wasn't going to work"

Couhing and catching her breath, "So did they fall for it?" she asks

Grayson made an annoyed face or at least tried to " Look what they did, obviously. I'm a great actor."

Grayson continued: "So are you ready"

The supposed death of Carson Rose was ruled out to be an accident. Grayson and Nracissa are the only two who know the truth about Carson. And this isn't going to be the first time Narcissa lie to Voldemort about death. Grayson may have tricked the Slytherin group but Narcissa fooled everyone.

Grayson and Carson are in hiding and on the run trying to weaken Voldemort's plan. Nevertheless, more in hiding than actually saving the Wizarding World. Both are frustrated, thus so far at least Carson knows her friends are better off without her, or at least that is what she thinks.

Grayson:" Okay, so far we know that Voldemort is creating an army, the school is going to be invaded soon and there are horcruxes"

Carson:" Yeah, but how many Horcruxes, where are they, and when's the attack?"

Grayson:" Where does Dumbledores die what did you see?"

Carson:" The school, everything is connected there"

Grayson:" I guess we're going back"

The author here: Sorry for the short chapters, I cannot write longer chapters sadly. I love reading thick books, but I suck at writing. Short stories for the win. In fairness, this book was for fun and I didn't think people would actually read it.
