Cedric's Pov

We are walking around the halls, making sure people notice us together as a couple. We don't have any classes together, so we meet up at the library she needs to work on her paper. As for me, I'm reading up on dragons as Harry told me that will be our first task. I play with her hand.               Fiddling, I find it quite calming. Until Enzo comes and loudly drops a book onto the desk. I don't want to be in the way and need to focus on the task so I leave.

Time skip

Reader's Pov

Today starts off with the first task, deep in the pit of my stomach is anxiety. To show off my support of my boyfriend, fake boyfriend I'm wearing his scarf (it smells pumpkin spice, woodsy, and fall leaves) with brown tights, knee boots, and a beige sweater dress.

He was amazing, so obviously I went to congratulate him. However, I noticed he was covering half of his face.

In the tent

You: "Are you okay, come on now let me see"

Ced: "No, I'm all burned"

Madam Pomfrey was busy with Fleur so I offered some help, she gave me an orange paste to heal the wound.

You: "Look at you, all better. Very dashing. You did great"

Ced: "Second place"

You:" Just promised me to be more careful next task"

Ced: "Getting all soft on me, Slytherin"

You:" I do care about you, you know"

Ced: "You do?"

You: "Of course, even though our relationship is uhm, well you know... I do like you, I feel safe and comfortable around you. You are very sweet, loyal, humble, and fearless"

Ced: "Fearless?"

Before I can answer, he places a small peck on my lips.

Ced: "Thanks"

I nodded. It was just the two of us. We shared a moment as we talked, trying to get to know each other.

You: "Why are doing this, the tournament?"

Ced:" To represent Hufflepuff and make my father proud"

You: "You shouldn't do it for anybody else but yourself"

Ced: "It's okay, once I win everything is going to be alright. We should get going." 

His arm is wrapped around my shoulders. We enter the Hufflepuff common room.

Random students: "Suprise"

Everybody was there.  All the houses and the students from the other schools.

It's so beautiful and warm. The room is decorated in the cheerful, bee-like colors of yellow and black, emphasized by the use of highly polished and honey-colored wood for the tables.

I see Enzo with some Beauxbatons students. Not one but two girls on his shoulders. Shit, Why do I care? I don't care. I need a drink. I managed to gulp down at least a dozen drinks. As I went to get another drink, I saw Enzo and he took my cup

Enzo: "Sweetheart, you're wasted. You're a mess"

You: "I'm completely fine"

I trip as I try to get my drink back. Before I could fall, he grabbed me.

Enzo:" So where's your boyfriend?"

We turn around looking for him and I see Cedric and Cho talking. They're kind of cute together.

Enzo: "Hey Cedric, shouldn't you take care of your girlfriend instead of flirting with Cho"

Oh shit, we're together, I'm supposed to act jealous. I have a headache.

Cedric: "We're just talking, you can let go of my girlfriend"

Enzo: "I think she's fine with me, what do you think sweetheart?"

I couldn't even answer that as I threw up on his shoes.

You: "Sorry" I'm so embarrassed.

Cedric: "See she's disgusted by you, I can take care of her"

Enzo: "We're in the same house, I can take her into her room"

Cedric: "She can stay in my room"

Cut off by Harry Gryffindor's mates (I guess their friends again) as they place him on a table, he opens the egg. It was horrible, a screech (like a banshee) noise.

With all these noises, my headache is worse. Surround by a lot of people. I'm mad. I no longer so Enzo or Cedric nor do I want them to see me Like this. I can feel it. So I grab Theo, leaving the party.

In the halls

Theo: "Your eyes"

You: "Help me" I can't breathe

Theo:" Look at me, you're safe. Breath in and out"

A couple of moments past

You: "Thanks" in a panting voice

"You can't tell anyone, please."

Theo: "Yeah, sure"

You:" Aren't you scared or mad at me?"

Theo is now laughing loudly

THeo: "We're besties now, of course not. Anyway, I saw you curse at a mandrake, then apologize to it. You are not evil."

You: "You saw that"

Theo:" Yeah, the whole group did"

You: "Theo, I need help. I don't what happening"

Theo: "Let's talk tomorrow" handling his hand to me to get up from the floor

Theo drops you off at your dorm,  helps you brush your teeth, wash your face, and to sleep. Before leaving, he kisses your forehead

I read some Cedric fanfic and now I'm falling for him.
