"Something smells nice!" The aroma wafted in from outside. Yun Xiangxiang immediately cut off Song Meng's incessant chattering.

The aroma was intensely strong. Song Meng immediately stared at that direction longingly. They discovered that it was actually a roasted duck when the dish was served!

"The roasted duck here tastes absolutely magnificent. I hope you girls will like it," said Song Mian smilingly.

"This smells even better than that roasted duck in Beijing which the both of us managed to buy after standing in line for a long time!" Song Meng looked at the golden hue and the puffed-up skin of the roasted duck. Her gaze of hunger was obvious.

A professional stepped forward and cut the duck into four portions and placed each in their plates. There were sauces, side dishes, and dumpling skins sitting at one side.

Song Mian put on his gloves. He picked the best meat before rolling it into the dumpling skin and putting it in Yun Xiangxiang's bowl.

Yun Xiangxiang put on her gloves and took a bite from the one she picked up. The smoky skin and the fresh tender meat entered her mouth along with the sauces. It was delectable.

She had also tasted the longtime famous dish: Peking Roasted Duck. It tasted decent, but it was incomparable to this.

It was too tasty. Song Meng and Li Xiangling didn't keep maintaining their facade when they saw Yun Xiangxiang throwing away her image.

However, Yun Xiangxiang didn't need to wrap the meat herself. She only needed to eat. They had to wrap it themselves.

Li Xiangling was observing Song Mian's actions over the whole process. She could see the great polish that Song Mian had. He must have been an elite descendant delicately trained by a big family.

She worried for Yun Xiangxiang in the beginning. She only relaxed after she saw Song Mian being concerned about her all the time and prioritized her in his every move.

Yun Xiangxiang shook her head, "I have not. It's hard to get his friends together in one place. He will ask them out when they can be invited."

"What's his job?" Li Xiangling continued asking.

"A doctor. He can do both Western and Chinese medicine," Yun Xiangxiang answered.

"How did you guys meet each other?" Li Xiangling kept on asking.

Yun Xiangxiang who didn't really mind suddenly raised her head, "Are you trying to investigate his background?"
