So Mun had been avoiding Hana the past couple of days.

Not because he wanted to, but because he knew they needed to talk.

He had to let her know everything.

The thought of that scared him, so he kept running away from her like a little kid.

The thought of losing her that day also scared him.

It scared him to the point that he was angry.

He was scared that he would blow up at her, when really, he should be channeling his anger at the evil spirits who decided to mess with his family.

Motak's plan was implemented immediately, and while they were able to use Jeok-bong's sense of smell to find evil spirits, they haven't been very successful with figuring out what Myung-Dae's plan was.

Today was one of those lighter days. Motak and Jeok-bong were going around Jungjin in search of any evil spirits. Chairman Choi noticed how anxious Ms. Chu was these days and decided to take her out on a long overdue date.

Ms. Chu had forbidden So Mun from going with Motak and Jeok-bong today. He had been running himself to the ground from overworking, and she demanded he take a break.

Hana saw this as an opportunity to finally talk to him and offered to stay back as company.

The others all agreed and left the warehouse, just leaving So Mun and Do Hana to themselves.

Do Hana and So Mun despite their similarities, were also vastly different. So Mun's frustrations and anger presented itself as mellow, something that was pushed to the side for more important things. Do Hana's emotions presented themselves through action, she couldn't sit still and let things happen. She had to be actively seeking out what angered her, her questions, and her concerns.

So, it came to no surprise that Hana was the one to grab So Mun's wrist before he vanished into his room.

"We need to talk, Mun. You can't keep avoiding this conversation." She said.

Mun couldn't even look her in the eye.

"Please, Mun. I need to know what's going on with you." Hana asked shakily.

Finally, Mun raised his gaze to her face and looked at her eyes.

He could feel her piercing gaze as she looked at him with a combination of fear and concern.

"I can't do this anymore, Noona." He finally broke down.

Before he could leave again, Hana grabbed him and gave him a warm hug.

He missed this. He missed her .

"I'm sorry I hid this secret from you for so long. I was worried that you would go off and fight the evil spirits yourself and I couldn't let you get hurt." So Mun's tears fell into her hair, as he curled up closer to her.

"You went off by yourself to talk to that evil spirit and you almost got shot. I was so scared you were going to get hit. What were you even doing there?" He asked, a hint of his fear and anger showing up on his face.

Hana explained the same story she told the other Counters as So Mun lightly stroked her hair.

"I can't believe you would jump in front of a bullet like that, Mun. I was the one who made an idiotic decision, and I hate that you got hurt because of me." She said angrily.

"I need to tell you something, Noona." So Mun said in retaliation.

He slowly moved back from the hug and cupped her cheeks in between his hands.
