living a life full of all sorts of pain Ive had to learn to just go with it, deal with it and that it is what it is
when you are in those horrible moments of your life keep strong and listen to your mind, heart, body and soul
here is advice for you from me while you are in any of your painful times

No one know what you are going through but you
And only you know your body, mind and soul so only you can actually know how too help yourself

hope this helps you heal from your pain or at least gives you some insight for what others are going through and help you realise it might not be as bad as you think it is
