Today was game day.
Abby and hannah came round and we got ready together. I decided on wear some plain jeans with a cute jumper my mom bought a few weeks ago which just happened to end up in my wardrobe and not her own. Abby wore a matching tracksuit from zara; it was navy and so soft i was so jealous. Hannah had jeans and a top on with nothing else and we both got mad at her as she was going to freeze to death.
We all finished getting ready and hoped in abby's car . i sat in the front, hannah in the back. We chose to play our playlist 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ which bangs so bad .
the song White ferrari by frank ocean starts playing and hannah and i start screaming our lungs to this song on the way to the game where abby sighs saying "frank ocean isn't even that good" well fuck her and her stupid love for olivia rodrigo. she also slaps so i can't even talk.
Abby parks the car and we head inside and meet with the boys.
"dumb dumber and dumbest have arrive" exclaimed daniel the other two chuckle where abby hannah and i all just look at each other then gave him a good old bitch stare. Abby and i love one of those.
"do you guys ever get nervous" i asked "no not really" grayson said " I CALL BULL U WERE SHITTING YOURSELF EARLIER orrrrrr was that not about the game and someone... no someone else" daniel states earning a look from Grayson.
"oh it's about to start bye guys we'll see you out there" hannah says as we walk away including nick.
"hey blair wait" i turn around and elliot hands me his jersey "can u wear this today u don't have to but i need a good luck charm" he asked rubbing his neck. i take the jacket off him and put it on. It was massive and uncomfortable but i smiled and told him good luck then when to join the girls and nick at the bleachers.
nick handed me my diet coke where hannah and abby looked shocked. "what" i asked
"why are u wearing Elliot's jersey" abby asked "ohh he asked i felt bad for saying no as it's a stressful game today so i said sure" i replied the both didn't say anything after but i could tell from their faces i shouldn't have. i sink in my seat , this is going to a long game.
The buzzer goes and all the players skate onto the ice. The game begins.
