Right now Y/n L/n is with the Royal Sisters of the Sun and Moon of the kingdom of Equestria more specifically on the planet of Equus waiting for some very important ponies to arrive while they were waiting for these important ponies to show up Y/n and Luna are having an epic battle of wits more specifically they're playing a game of chess which Luna calls regicide which is apparently the original name of Chess in the kingdom of Equestria right now Luna thinks that she has the upper hoof and believes that her alien Challenger is at a major disadvantage.

Luna: we admit you are a worthy adversary in the ring of wits but we're afraid we are just better.

Luna moves one of her pieces into attack formation ready to win the game.

Y/n: we have to admit you are quite good..........

Luna: why thank you it's always good to know that your opponent can lose with such Grace and dignity.

Y/n: but I'm afraid I'm better.

Y/n suddenly sprung his trap he moved his Queen to attack position and immediately took Luna's King.

Y/n: checkmate!

Luna had to do an immediate Double Take when she saw that she had indeed been beaten in a game of wits by someone far younger than her.

Luna: how is this possible?!

Y/n: I have to say you were a worthy adversary but what I lack in experience and wisdom I make up for in pure brains and dumb luck.

Then I was staring at the chess board with her mouth agape she never expected to have someone who was so young and inexperienced had defeated her at a game that she had never been defeated in Celestia walked up to her sister smiled and let out a small laugh.

Celestia: I have to admit I did not see that coming it looks like you've met your match dear sister~

Luna shook her head shaking away the shock of her defeat in the game of chess but she quickly replaced her shock expression with a small smile on her face.

Luna: well we are pleasantly surprised to have been defeated at a game we have been playing for a very long time just know this if we ever play again we will not underestimate thee again.

Y/n: trust me when I say this people have been underestimating me all my life I've even been underestimating myself but now I know that if I put my mind to it I can do just about anything.

Celestia: for a ruler such as yourself that is the right attitude to have.

Y/n: if there's anything I know it's that pride comes before the fall but underestimating either your enemy or yourself is an equally assured defeat.

Celestia: for someone so young you are definitely very wise.

Y/n: I've had the best of teachers to show me the light.
