25. Royal Business

3rd Person POV.
Location: the Royal Palace Alpha Major

Y/n L/n was currently in his bedroom in the Royal Palace all day long after his coronation he had sat in the prince's throne apparently the emperor's throne was not ready for him Y/n learned that he would not exclusively rule the Empire yet of course he could make executive rules and veto certain decrees but for now until he reached the age of 21 the Empire would be ruled over by an enormous Grand Council the council was made up of 101 individuals 100 of these Council peoples would act as the minor decision makers and of course they would put in ideas at the end of debating these ideas these ideas will be put to a vote which would be decided by a majority vote the last person was the Grand councilwoman a humanoid alien who acted as the grand Chancellor of the Council of 101 but the moment that Y/n L/n reached the age of 21 the council would become inactive and he would take executive and supreme rule over the intergalactic Empire and he would be named the Emperor of The Intergalactic Empire.

Y/n: I just can't believe it I really am a prince and I managed to pass all those tests I just can't believe this is really happening!

The Tempest: oh this is indeed happening and I assure you this is not a dream.

Y/n looked over to the shrine where his weapon The Tempest was sitting in a grand altar The Tempest itself had a soul and indeed had a consciousness of its own.

Y/n: I know deep down that this is all real and it's all really happening but a part of me thinks that there are things I must do before I take the throne and become emperor.

The Tempest: I have seen countless princes princesses Emperors and empresses rise to the throne every single one of them have brought something to this glorious Intergalactic Empire sometimes something good sometimes something bad but all of them left nothing less than an everlasting impression on the peoples and planets of this glorious Empire started by your first ancestor.

Y/n: I just hope what I leave behind is something good.

The Tempest: now that I am synchronized to you I know without a shadow of a doubt that you will leave something good behind and your legacy will never be forgotten and it'll be for all the right reasons.

Y/n: I'm glad you think so.

The Tempest: I don't think so I know so.

Y/n: so what should we do now?

The Tempest: I recommend you relax take a bath maybe a shower I don't care either way.

Y/n: that's a great idea I'm going to go take that bathtub for another spin that thing is awesome!

Y/n immediately ran to the bathroom to take a nice relaxing bath in the enormous swimming pool sized tub unaware of surprises that were in store for him the next day.

Y/n is currently having a nice well made breakfast courtesy of the royal chefs his breakfast was a nice stack of waffles a side of bacon some scrambled eggs a piece of toast and a nice tall glass of orange juice.

Y/n mind: I wonder how the chefs know how to make earth food?

The Tempest: they are the greatest chefs in all of the universe it would make sense that they have an extremely wide repertoire of foods they can cook.

Y/n mind: well I know that I'm not complaining speaking of how do I hear you in my head?

The Tempest: it should be obvious but let me explain since our soul wavelengths are perfectly synchronized I can speak to you through your mind I can even read your thoughts and anticipate your movements no one can hear me except you since we are perfectly synchronized.
