Interlude: One

Bowser returned back to Countess Shay and Timpani with the defeat and a sore throat from the explosion. Countess Shay was suprised by his return. She had many faith in Bowser to rid them of the Legendary Hero due to his times in war but to be sent back with his tail between his legs and heavily injured.

"I guess it didn't go to well?" Timpani asked.

"That stupid...Clown face...He gave me a beating...Sorry Countess..." Bowser said through his sore throat and he said the last part quietly due to him not really used to saying that.

The Countess smiled. "Oh no worries Bowser. You are forgiven after all this does prove some useful information." She grinned to herself. "This proves that this Hero isn't just someone we would easily stomp out. But I guess it's expected to have someone with that strength oppose us."

Countess Shay turned to Timpani. "Timpani, sweetie I would like you to consult prophecy and learn where this Hero shall be next."

Timpani bowed. "Of course my Countess I will get to it right away."

"But as well has our fair lady recovered?" Countess Shay asked Timpani.

"Fortunately she has." Timpani responded.

"Is she alright enough to set a trap for our Hero? If not I suppose I could send Mario after him. Wherever he has gotten to..." Countess Shay said in concern for one of her followers's health.

"I shall ask her about it. If not I'll find Mario instead." Timpani said.

"Wonderful! Now I shall return to my chambers for some rest...But tell me once that Hero is done for!" The Countess proudly said teleporting away with the Dark Prognosticus with her.

"You sure you're alright from that battle with the Hero?" Timpani asked.

"Bwhaha! Ack...Of course I am!" Bowser tried to say proudly but a sore throat from bombs weren't really helping his case.

"But please remeber to rest your voice. You're really not helping it." Timpani states.

Bowser crosses his arms annoyed a bit.

"Until our Countess calls for you. You should rest especially those other injures you have. understood?" Timpani said firmly.

Bowser just gave her a nod.

"Good. While you do that I got a few of O'Chunks's minions to find. After all they haven't sworn loyalty to our Countess yet. Can't have a rebellion going about." Timpani waved goodbye to Bowser as she summonded forth her rainbow butterfly wings and flies away.

"Whatever..." Bowser muttered to himself as Timpani left.

Mimi swears she was getting tired of this already. Waking up barely conscious with a terrible headache. Just makes her wish to go to sleep and have an enjoyable rest but...Too bad now she couldn't have that luxury.

"Ugghh...Why...Me..." Mimi said opening her eyes.

She looked around at her surroundings to see no walls but a huge dark and ominous vortex in what she assumes is the sky. But the floor was dark and had no bright colors along it at all.

Mimi got her bearings as she stood up to get a better look at where she was.

"That was the worse nightmare I have ever had...I was force to marry O'Chunks- Wait..." She paused.
