All ten contestants were together on a stage, waiting for the announcement of their second mission. The stage they were on was big, even larger than the space that was provided for them in the last mission. It had colorful lights all around it, while the desk that the CEO would be seated on was right in front of the stage.

After some time, CEO Kyungsoo appears and sits at his desk, putting a pile of papers on top of it while organizing them. "So," The man started. "Today we'll form the groups for your second mission." The man said with a wide grin on his face, a grin that was not genuine at all. All of the contestants trembled with the thought of how their group was going to turn out, knowing very well that the skills of some contestants could bring some groups down, and with no hesitation, the CEO revealed:
"We had a secret ranking that the coaches were making during the last mission," He said, while looking at each and every contestant. "They were evaluating your growth, your efforts, everything."

Everyone started to take quick glances at each other, they thought that the competition was 100% made by public vote, but it looked like they had a ranking behind everything too.

"You'll be having a performance centered around concepts, each one of you will have to showcase your abilities to portray the emotions and expressions needed for the concept of your performance." The CEO explained, everyone seemed excited about the mission, especially after each concept was announced.

After the announcement, all of the groups made their way to the dance rooms to decide their positions and practice. Sunwoo ended up in a team together with Leo and Jihoon, he already knew how the training worked with Jihoon, but didn't have any idea of how Leo's pacing was. At least he ended up with people he liked, because some of the contestants were anything but happy when the groups were announced.

All of the groups were instructed to assign a center position for the group, but Sunwoo's team ended up also creating a 'main vocal' position so it would be easier for them to organize their lines throughout the song. Sunwoo ended up getting the main vocal position, while Leo got the center position.

Sunwoo was getting used to the new member's pace in practice, although the guy's flow wasn't the same with Jihoon and Sunwoo, the three of them were able to get on a middle ground where they were able to make progress in their rehearsal.

Without any of the trio noticing, it was already past midnight and they needed to go back to their rooms, Sunwoo was even more exhausted than the last mission's training. 'Probably because I'm improving' he told himself in his head, which made him more positive about the next mission's results.

Once he entered his room, he saw that there was only Yejun there, but Jiho was nowhere to be seen.
"Where's Jiho?" The boy asked while picking up his things so he could go take a shower.
"He's still training, I couldn't take him out of that practice room for the life of me." He said while releasing a few chuckles.
"That's weird, I know he takes things seriously but he's not the type to stay overnight to train," Sunwoo said, a worried tone in his voice.
"Yeah..." Yejun said with a sad look in his eyes, something that didn't go unnoticed by Sunwoo.
"Did something happen in the rehearsals?" The boy asked, sitting beside Yejun on his bed.
"There was something," The older started. "Mr. Lee was observing us today and he said that Jiho's dance style was too individualistic, he said that Jiho stood out like a sore thumb."
Sunwoo felt bad for his friend, he knew that the boy loved dancing more than anything in his life, and hearing something like that from a professional must hurt a lot.
"Everything will be alright," The younger said, putting an arm on Yejun's knee in an attempt to comfort him.
"I hope so..."

The next day, Sunwoo and his group were training a lot harder than the day before, the motive being that they were going to be supervised by Mr. Lee, who had come back from his break and was now supervising the groups while Mr. Park was the one teaching the choreography.

"That's enough for now, let's take a small break," Leo said while grabbing his water bottle.

They were extremely tired, but that exhaustion paid off because their synchronization was the best that Sunwoo ever had with a team, he was very hopeful of Mr. Lee's supervision.

Just when they were about to start their rehearsals again, a knock was heard at the door, the person behind it was revealed to be Mr. Lee himself. He greeted the trio and explained how he was going to supervise them. "So now show me what you got!" The man said with a smile on his face, helping the members to feel more at ease with his presence.

Once their performance ended, they saw Mr. Lee clapping with a smile on his face. The instructor gave some really useful advice to them, Sunwoo's dance was criticized, but now he was praised a lot because of his growth, which made the boy incredibly happy, since that was the first compliment he received from a dance teacher in a long while.

It was currently 9 PM, and Sunwoo just left from the dinner that all of the contestants had together, apparently, it was something that was done just so the company could prove that none of the contestants were being mistreated, they weren't even trying to hide that, it was easy to tell just by the amount of cameras in the room.

When Sunwoo was about to enter his room, he stumbled upon Minjoon, who was walking out of the hotel to get some fresh air.

"Hey," The boy said, making the older stop in his tracks. "Hey," He responded with a smile on his face, but that smile wasn't the same smile he always had.

"Everything okay?" Sunwoo asked, reaching for the other's hand.

"Yeah," Minjoon said, but that didn't convince the younger.

"You know you can talk with me about everything right?" Sunwoo said, moving a hair strand from the other's face. He couldn't help but stare a little at his beautiful features, his sharp eyes and dark hair, his soft lips-

"Sunwoo?" The boy was pulled from his thoughts by the sudden question.

"Oh sorry, what did you say?" He asked, blushing from embarrassment, how could he lose focus that easily when trying to comfort his friend?

"I asked if you wanted to go outside to talk, I don't think the hallways is an appropriate place..." Minjoon explained, receiving a nod from Sunwoo as an answer.

As both of them walked outside, they saw how quiet the place was after all of the contestants went to their rooms, or the company reserved the whole hotel for the group or not a lot of people really wanted to be at that place anyway.

Once they were out of the hotel building, Sunwoo observed how peaceful the place was this late at night, there were almost no cars, or even people walking. With that, Minjoon started:

"So," He said, his gaze traveling throughout the place. "My group had a pretty big fight..." Sunwoo looked at the older's eyes, it was almost like he had a disappointed look.

"Taeyang insisted that the synchronization was not good, he was asking us to repeat every single time, even though everyone was exhausted..."

Sunwoo grabbed Minjoon's hand, trying to comfort him. The two shared a glance, Minjoon smiled, letting the younger know that his attempt at comforting him worked.

"Everything will turn out okay, I know it! So you don't need to worry about that! I'll be here with you!" Sunwoo said, giving a big smile to the older boy, which melted his heart from his cuteness.
