addie and rosa are training at the gym, addie manages to get rosa to the ground making rosa sigh as she stands up and addie stands opposite the taller woman ready to go again, "this time for real" addie tells the brunette as she looks over her girlfriend, "i can tell you're holdin' back so come and get it" she says as she holds out her arms as the two of them then get in a fighting stance but rosa sighs and stands up, "what happened? why'd you stop?" she asks gesturing over to the woman.

"nothing, i-" rosa trails off as she puts her hands on her hip and tries to avoid eye contact with addie.

"rosa" addie warns sending her girlfriend a look.

"i'm afraid i'm gonna hurt you, okay?" rosa admits making addie sigh and throw her head back, "i'm like double your size"

"rosalita diaz, listen to me" addie says as she looks at the woman in front of her making rosa look at her, "you are amazing!"

"thanks" rosa smirks as she shakes out her arms a little.

"okay" addie rolls her eyes, "at so many things, yes, intimidating things, police things, decorating things, scrabble things" she lists with a small laugh, "i've never beaten you not once"

"well, i keep telling you to save your 's's" rosa responds with a shrug making addie smile.

"but this is combat training things" addie says as she points at the mat making rosa look down at her with a smirk, "and i assure you, from the bottom of my endless heart, that there is no world in which you are gonna take me down" she tells with a smirk, knowing that rosa could actually do it.

"look, i know, i just-" rosa starts with a small groan.

"'cause, i know all the tricks" addie says with a nod as she interrupts the taller woman, "for taller components" she tells and points to rosa who nods, "armed components. multiple components"

"oh, now you're just trying to turn me on" rosa smirks as she looks addie up and down.

addie claps making rosa blink and look back up at the blonde, "listen" addie orders making rosa nod quickly, "the point is let me help you become the most amazing badass fighter that i know you have in you" she says as she steps back jumping up and down again as she gets ready to fight rosa.

"okay, i do" rosa nods as she jumps up and down a little, "i do, i have it in me"

"yeah" addie nods with a smile, "i just want fighting bad guys, diaz, to be just as fun as intimidating co-workers diaz" she says as she points to the side of her, "so, let's try again!" she exclaims and bends down a little, rosa nods and gets ready to rush towards addie but the blonde spins around clapping, "wait, wait"
