Bighit was good about making sure that the leader of every group has someone older than them for support. Not only did it provide support for the leader but it also provides support for the oldest member. Yeonjun and Soobin were able to rely on each other for support, discipline and advice. They were never shy about keeping each other in line despite being different ages. Yeonjun understood that Soobin had authority as the leader and Soobin understood that Yeonjun had authority as the oldest.

Of course, there was a time when neither of them were able to do anything and that was where their seniors stepped in. Yeonjun didn't always agree with it and that did cause some problems. Hobi had no problem taking care of his juniors, he loved it, but after the fifth time that he was interrupted during his personal time to go talk to them, he was getting fed up and he knew that something had to change.

"Come up here now!" Hobi pointed in front of him. Beomgyu and Taehyun nervously walked over, dragging Kai along behind them. Yeonjun and Soobin did not move right away.

"I said, come here. If I have to say it a third time, you will be getting a spanking. I'm done dealing with you guys" Hobi warned. Luckily, that seemed to be enough to get the older members moving and they came over to stand in front of him.

"I don't know where this is all coming from but I need it to stop. Your fighting with each other, your being rude to the staff and your being lazy. Let me ask you something: do you want to be idols?" Hobi waited.

"Yes..." Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening Kai all looked at each other, uncertainly.

"I can't hear you! Do you want to be idols?!" Hobi said louder.

"Yes!" The five guys answered again a little more believingly.

"Then get your shit together. No one is going to pay attention to people who have tension with each other. Your not going to get far if you don't work hard and get along. If I have to come down here one more time, I will make it the worst day of your life! Do I make myself clear?!" Hobi yelled.

"Perfectly clear, hyung" Soobin nodded, taking charge as the leader. He knew what he had to do. The only problem Soobin had was Yeonjun. The oldest refused to let Soobin be the leader and constantly reminded his dongsaeng of who was older, not that Soobin could ever forget but he had a responsibility as the leader and it was hard to fulfill that role when there was someone, Yeonjun, completely determined to do the opposite of what Soobin needed him to.

"Good. Now get your things together and go home. Your done for the day. I expect all of you back in here tomorrow with a better attitude and better motivation or we're going to have problems" Hobi turned and left, trusting that he had made an impact on his juniors. Despite that, Hobi was back down in TXT's practice room the next day.

"What is it this time?" He looked at the younger three members, expecting them to be the problem.

"Don't look at us. It was Yeonjun-hyung this time. And Soobin-hyung" Beomgyu backed off, unwilling to take the fall for something that he was not involved in. Hobi turned to the older two members, both of which were avoiding looking at each other and were sulking on opposite of the room.

"You three stay here. I need to talk with your hyungs" Hobi grabbed the older two members by the arm, dragging them out of the room and going to his studio.

"What did I say yesterday?" He wondered, wanting to make sure that they remembered.

"You said that if you had to come down here again, you would make it the worst day of our lives" Soobin recounted, word for word. He felt bad for fighting with Yeonjun, but he had just gotten so tired of the older arguing with him over every little thing.
