Redamancy - Ace Merrill

The loud sound of the jail door unlocking startles awake the girl in her cell, she sees a male guard bringing in a blonde boy who looks about her age. “You'll get your phone call in the morning, Merrill. ” the guard says unlocking the cell opposite of her and letting the blonde boy walk in.

The boy rolls his eyes and looks at the guard before speaking, “Yeah, yeah I know the drill.” The guard scoffs and locks the cell after taking the blonde's handcuffs. He looks over to the cell opposite of his, finally noticing the girl looking at the guard and the boy confused. “Who's this?” He nods his head at the girl and smirks.

The guard scoffs again, “Don't even try it, Ace. She ain't gonna fall for your charm.”  the guard says and starts to walk out of the room.

Once the guard leaves Ace walks up to his cell and puts his arms through the bars, leaning against them. “So.. What's your name?“ The girl looks at him before rolling her eyes.

“None of your business..” She says barely above a whisper. “Cmon, I ain't gonna bite. Just tell me.” Ace says and smirks again. She doesn't answer and just turns away.

“I ain't gonna stop annoying you until you tell me hun. ” Ace moves from the bars and sits onto the small cot in the room. “It's Cassidy. Now leave me alone.”

“Cassidy.. It's nice, I like it, it suits you.” He says and lays down on the cot. Cassidy scoffs and copies Ace's actions, laying down on the cot.

Time skip to the next day.

Ace wakes up from the door to his cell opening, he rubs his eyes and sits up. “Time for your phone call, Merrill.” Ace stands up and follows the guard out of his cell.

Cassidy sits on her cot in the corner of the small cell, humming a song before the door opens and Ace and the guard come back in the room. She turns her attention to Ace and the guard and stops humming.

“Alright, your turn girl.” the guard says and unlocks her cell. She gets up and follows the guard.

When they get to the phone the guard gives her a quarter and steps out of the room, she almost immediately puts the quarter in the phone slot and dials the number.

“Hello? Who is this?” A male voice answers the phone. “Hello? Jamie?” She says urgently, “Cassidy? Where are you?” Jamie says quickly once he realizes who he's talking to. She chuckles lightly before speaking, “uh well it's kinda hard to explain but something happened and I sorta need you to bail me out. “  she says and then sighs  “What?!? Cassidy what happened? Are you okay?” he says, concerned. “Yeah yeah I'm fine and uh I don't think I have enough time to tell you what happened. “ she says quietly “Okay.. Are you sure you're okay? I can bail you out tomorrow.. “ He sighs. “Okay.. And Yes I'm sure..”

Ace sits in the corner of his cell tapping his foot against the floor. “Would you stop that?” Cassidy says suddenly, snapping her head towards Ace. Ace slowly looks at her before speaking “Why? What are you gonna do if I don't?” Ace says, a smirk coming onto his face. “Cut your dick off and shove it up your ass!” Cassidy says and stands up, going to the bars and looking at Ace with a glare.

“Woah woah there, you wouldn't wanna do that.” he says quickly. “Why not? Hm?” She says, still glaring at Ace. “Because then I wouldn't be able to please you, baby.” Aces smirk grows as he sees a very light blush on Cassidy's cheeks, Cassidy scoffs and sits on her small cot. “That's disgusting, you're disgusting.” She lays down.

Ace chuckles, “you love me.” He says, still smirking. “No. I do not.” She says with a disgusted tone.

"You do though." Ace says, laying down like Cassidy.  "I absolutely do not, I mean we just met for gods sake!" She says, starting to get frustrated.

"Okay, okay sorry I'll stop now." He sighs quietly.  "Good. You're very annoying." She says, rolling on to her side.

Ace does the same and eventually they both fall asleep.
