The moment Cassidy walked into her house about an hour after she had gotten the tattoo, her brother immediately noticed the slightly blood soaked gauze wrapped around her shoulder. "What the fuck is that?!?" James says, grabbing her arm and gesturing to her shoulder, he was pretty sure he knew what it was, he just wished he was wrong.

"Non of your fucking business." Cassidy says then scoffs. James rips the gauze off and sees the tattoo, Cassidy winces and James' face drops. "Cassidy.." James mumbles disappointment lacing his voice. After inspecting the tattoo James drops her arm and scoffs. "Did they make you do this?? I-if they did I'll beat th-" James says, Cassidy cuts him off, "No! They didn't make me do anything, I asked them to do it." James' face changes to one of disgust and he looks up at Cassidy, "I don't even know my own sister now.." He says before walking to the kitchen and sitting on the counter and grabbing a bottle of whisky that their low life mother left. Cassidy scoffs and pulls her sleeve down, wincing at the sleeve touching her basically fresh wound.

"I'm the exact same James! I just have new friends!" Cassidy shouts. "Yeah! Friends that are just going to leave you, I mean I bet they did force you into slicing your skin like that!" Cassidy rolls her eyes at her brothers words.

"They didn't force me! God, I knew this is exactly how you would react!" Cassidy yells before running to her room and slamming her door.

The tears run down her face like a waterfall, Cassidy walks to her window, she climbed out before to hangout with her old friends and jock boyfriend so it's quite easy for her to skillfully climb out of her window and scale the wall until shes close enough to jump down without causing major damage to herself. She goes to the only place that's safe to her now, Aces.

She frantically knocks on the door, Ace, only in a pair of black sweatpants, opens the door and immediately his face turns to worry, he let's Cassidy in and she hugs Ace extremely tight. "Woah, woah girl what's wrong?" Cassidy sobs into Ace chest and tries to tell her about why she's crying but Ace can barely understand anything she's saying through her loud sobs. "Doll, you need to calm down I can't make out anything your sayin." He says, rubbing Cassidys back lightly. She begins to calm down once they move to the couch and sit, Cassidy still hugging Ace.

Once she's calmed down Ace asks her to explain why she's crying. "When I got home after hanging out with you an- and the Cobras my brother freaked out on me about the tattoo and I wish he just didn't care so much about who I had as my friends, and Julie too, she won't leave me alone and keeps 'warning' me about you guys and saying your just going to leave me when your done with me. That's not true is it?? Tell me it's not tr-" Cassidy stutters out and Ace cuts her off. "Woah, woah we would never leave you, your one of us now, your part of our group. And who gives a crap what your brother has to say? You can be friends with who ever the fuck you want!" Ace says, starting to get frustrated.

Cassidy continues to hug Ace tightly and Ace picks her up after standing up from the couch, he begins walking to he's room with a almost asleep Cassidy in his arms, Cassidy mumbles something to quiet for Ace to hear as they walk into his bedroom, "What was that, doll?" Ace asks. "Thank you.." Cassidy mumbles slightly louder, Ace smirks and chuckles. "No problem" Ace lays the half asleep girl on his bed before going to the other side and getting in bed next to her, pulling the blanket on top of the both of them. Cassidy turns over and burys her face in Aces chest, he wraps his arms around her and kisses her forehead.

The next morning Cassidy wakes up to a still sleeping Ace next to her, Cassidy gets up, walks to the kitchen and makes coffee for the both of them. She hops onto the kitchen counter, swinging her legs, waiting for the coffee to finish. Basically immediately after she finishes pouring Aces coffee he walks downstairs, scratching his neck. "Morning." He grumbles and takes the coffee from Cassidy's hands.

Cassidy makes her own coffee and walks to the small couch in the living room before sitting down, Ace following and wrapping his arm around her waist, pulling her close.

The two sit in silence, Aces arm still wrapped around him. Cassidy opens her mouth to speak and Ace leans in to kiss her, catching Cassidy by surprise, of course she kisses back, tilting her head so it's easier for them to kiss. Eventually they break apart for air, Cassidy stares into his eyes. Ace stands up after a minute and coughs "So.. Do you want me to drive you home?" Cassidy stares at him blankly. "Uhm sure.." She says softly, the drive to her house was definitely awkward.
