The next morning all she could think about was how frustrated she was that Ace kept kissing her and she didn't know what the hell they were! She wanted- no she needed to know, so she put her beat up shoes and walked to Ace's house. She urgently knocked on the door and Ace answers, grumbling something under his breath.

When he sees Cassidy his face lights up and he moves so she can come in, after she walks into the house she gets straight to the point, "What the hell are we Ace?" Cassidy asks, crossing her arms. "What?" Ace says.

"You heard me, What are we?!" Ace's expression changes to one of confusion when she speaks, "Uh, I don't know.. Do you want to be my girl?" Ace asks, Cassidy scoffs, "What do you think? Would I have kissed you back all those times if I didn't?" Ace smiles and kisses her, Cassidy kisses back and cups his face with her hands.

Ace leads her to the couch and lays down, Cassidy lays down next to him and they cuddle, Ace's arms wrapped around her, holding her close, they both fall asleep peacefully together.

The next morning Cassidy went to roll over and fell off the couch, "Ow fuck!" She says, Ace chuckles from the kitchen and comes to help her up, offering her his hand and pulling her up when she slips her own hand into his.

Ace pulls Cassidy to his chest, there being no space between them the two stare into each others eyes and Ace leans in to kiss her, Cassidy kisses back, after the short and sweet kiss Cassidy hugs Ace, breathing in his cologne, "I made you some coffee if you want it." Cassidy smiles and walks to the kitchen, Ace follows and hands her the cup of coffee, Cassidy chugs the still slightly warm coffee immediately, once shes done she puts her cup in the sink and walks upstairs to Aces room, not even bothering to ask if she can wear his clothes.

She digs through his closet and grabs a plain black shirt and a black sweater she puts the clothing on, keeping her pants from the day before. The sweater is slightly big on her small frame, the shirt too, she walks back downstairs, Ace now sits on the couch.

"Are we gonna hang with the guys today?" Cassidy asks, sitting on the couch next to Ace and leaning on him a little. "If you want, doll." Ace says, wrapping his arm around her. Cassidy just hums in response.

The two did end up hanging with the cobras that day, hanging out in their normal spot, Billy's back field, after a moment of discussing it the two tell the group that they are together now, of course the cobras expected it so they barely even reacted, except fuzzy, he was oblivious.

Like normal, the group comfortably hung out, drinking beer and occasionally smoking cigarettes. They shared jokes and stories, Billy going on and on and on about Connie Palermo, like usual. Ace and Cassidy sit in the bed of the truck that they usually sit in, with Aces arm wrapped around her shoulders, Ace kisses her head lightly, getting Cassidy's attention. "You wanna get outta here? I'll drive you home if you want, Cass" Ace whispers to Cassidy, they had been hanging out for about an hour and Ace had noticed Cassidy starting to get tired. She nods and the duo gets up and starts walking towards Billy's house, where Aces car is parked, "Hey, I'm gonna take Cassidy home." Ace says to the group, they all nod and say quiet 'Okay's and 'Alright's.

Cassidy and Ace get into the car and Ace begins driving, the two holding hands basically the whole time. Ace drops Cassidy off at her house, giving her a quick kiss before leaving.

Cassidy walks into the house and sees her mother sitting at the dinning table, drinking wine, Cassidy scoffs quietly and walks up to her mother, "Where's James?" She asks. Her mom shrugs her shoulders and takes a sip of wine. Cassidy walks upstairs and knocks on the door to James's room. James opens the door and gets a sad expression on his face, he sighs before speaking. "What do you want?" Cassidy hugs him and half smiles, "I want to apologize, I shouldn't have fought with you but you need to respect that I'm my own person and I'm allowed to have friends, oh and Ace asked me to be his girl.." She says quickly, James hugs her back, "Well I'm happy for you... I guess, he better not hurt you." Cassidy chuckles and breaks the hug before smiling and walking to her room.
