The weeks have flown by and it was now August 23rd. Today was the day Thomas gave birth to his second child, a little girl his named after his mother. Svetlana Lily Evans Potter was now a year old. She was a very loved little girl.

Thomas slowly sat up in the bed that morning, looking over at his sleeping husband, Jasper Potter. The time was still early, so his alarm for university hasn't went off just yet. He had a dream, not good nor bad. At least, he didn't think so. He couldn't recall his dreams the last few nights. His only thought was, his daughter was one year old! She was such a bright and happy girl, with red hair. She, unlike her big brother, was a touch small for her age, but otherwise she was a healthy little girl.
Thomas grabbed his jacket and slipped it on over his shoulders before he walked over to the crib in the bedroom he shared with his husband and his children. Johnathan laid asleep in his toddler bed. Thomas put his hand on her belly. Svetlana yawned and stretched out her little body before she opened her eyes. She grinned big at her daddy and sat up, putting her arms up. Thomas picked her up and held her close to his chest. "Happy birthday, my big girl!" Thomas said to her and she giggled out and nuzzles to him.

--

By the time Thomas finished getting the birthday girl ready, Jonathan was heard fussing. He couldn't find his glasses and his little tummy ached. Thomas sat his daughter down on the floor and turned his attention to his son. Thomas put his glasses on his face, before putting the back of his hand to the small boys forehead. "Buddy, what's the matter?" Thomas asked. "Tummy." The toddler frowned.
Thomas got him ready for the day too, and some Tylenol. Soon, Johnny laid on the couch, watching Pokemon. He didn't feel good, at all.

James came down the stairs with his own little boy, a boy of 7 and half months. Trey was drinking his bottle, dressed for his day at daycare. "Feeling better?" Thomas asked. "I have for some time. Jasper has just been worried." James pointed out, putting his infant in his highchair. "How come they didn't remove it?" Thomas asked. "Just wasn't work it, in the end. Plus, I kept having reactions to the medicine. They didn't want to risk more than they had to." James said. "I see. Have you talked to Dad more, about baby?" Thomas asked. "No, son, I haven't. It still stands, he'll be adopted out...but only time will tell." James said. "He is full term, isn't he?" He asked. "I believe so, yes." James said. They both heard the knock on the door.

--

James opened the door, and frowned. A woman stood there, a hospital band on her wrist, looked beaten. "Is ... Victoria home?" She whispered, broken up. "Tommy, wake Viv please." James said, before inviting the woman into the house.
James pulled out the first aid kit after sitting her at the table. "Hospital...fixed me up." She whispered, so James grabbed a blanket and rested it on her shoulder. "What happened, dear?" He asked. "My ex...got pissy because we couldn't get our kids back yet...he's not clean...and I can't afford a big enough please yet...I can either get my boys or my girl...but not all three and I...just couldn't..." She whispered. "Have you reported him?" James asked, sitting next to his infant in the high chair. "Yeah...but...it just means I lost his child support, and it's going to be a lot longer before I can get my kids." She said. "What about your parents?" James said. "I...had my trouble with drugs too, they don't trust me...been sober over a year, but dad won't even talk to me until it's been 24 months and I finish my legal troubles...and pa been sick...haven't wanted to brother him..." She said. "Heavenly...are...you okay?" Victoria asked.
James took their boy upstairs to finish his bottle, leaving his new bride and the woman to speak.
"I...wished you would of called." She said softly, handing the woman a cup of tea. "I...wasn't aware you'd married..." She whispered. "It...was in the papers, Heavenly. I find that a bit hard to believe." Victoria said, taking a sip of her own tea. "I...don't have a place to go. Can't you just lie?" She asked. "No, I won't. You...can't stay to long hear, it won't be good for either one of us. Find... Other arrangements, once you have had time to rest." Victoria said, getting up form the table and disappearing upstairs.
