I told my employees they could bring their spouses to this gala on me. A total of six people are going.  Maria,  Dominique, Samuel and Charice are going with us.

Everyone arrived and we left. Its at my ex boyfriend's family home. Off we went.  I handed Jane the keys and she had a huge grin on her face.

When Maura called us I looked at Charice and my wife mouth dropped.  Samuel Dominique said, what the hell.  Aye you I am not that bad. I had this painted like the Oakland A's. I am glad I can travel because they are moving to Las Vegas now.  I was hoping they would stay in Oakland or build a stadium in Sacramento. I guess the sin city was more lucrative for them.

Jane was the gentleman and opened my door than closed it. She use to do this alot when we were married. I am just glad even though we are cousins we stayed best friends.

At Cattleman's restaurant ... baby girl auntie called me to say auntie is going to let her drive her baby. Wow, auntie let's only Rony. I know Olivia. How's work? Ryan the same dealing with death and trying to help people live longer and preferably not in pain.  Julian and I are glad we are doing this . We haven't done this in a long time just us.  Avery pay up . Yeah, yeah, dang it. Auntie just had to let her drive her green vintage convertible. June you bet she would? Yes five grand and a new spring wardrobe.   Don't any of you say anything.

We all started laughing at Avery.

We placed our orders and were enjoying our cocktails and catching up.

We arrived at my ex boyfriend's family home.

Maura its good to see you.  The same Mrs. Firestone. You  know Jane already.  This is Dr. Maria Bella and her wife Dominique  Crenn's, Charice and Samuel Wilson. It's nice meeting you all. Please walk around and enjoy the art work that is being auctioned. Dinner will be out soon.

Champagne arrives and Jane and I take a flute.

Maura tells me how much it costs.  I down this one and the waiter comes by and I grab two more.  My employees and their spouses are enjoying themselves and are nearby just in case we need them.

Everyone please feel free to bid on any art work. A portion will be going to research for kidney disease.

We see Abigail and Eva.  Abigail inlaws died of kidney failure.  I knew they would be Herr at one thousand a plate.

Hi. Hi. Are you going to buy any of the art work? Nope not this time. I have bought too many over the years. I would have to add more onto my home. Rony begged me not to Abigail.  Avery wants me to buy one for the law firm. I am buying one too for Lake Tahoe law firm. Jane  you didn't tell me. Diane is sick so she asked me to buy one. Since their was a brochure of all the art work, she circled which ones for me to bid on.

All of us walk around looking at the art work.  I see the ones I am to bid on. It's a silent auction.  I place the max on each that Diane circled. I than tossed the brochure in the waste basket.

Everyone dinner is ready.  Please come in the dining areas. You all were given a location to go too.

We look at our tags  to see what room we were in.

Abigail and I are in a different room.  We will see you after. Okay!

The six of us go where the Firestone  family are sitting at. Samuel pulls out our seats one at a time than sits down.

Duck and veal are  the main dishes.

Jane hates duck so I made sure she had a veal instead.

Jane and Samuel were the ones from our group that had veal.

The meal was delicious and even Jane liked it which I was glad.  If not, she would be complaining about it. We had tiramsu for dessert. We finally finished and excused ourselves to look around and socialize.

Jane ended up winning two she called Diane.  Diane told her it was okay. She would be happy with two but was hoping for four.

They got the address to ship them and Jane paid for both. We decide to leave afterwards as well. Eva and Abigail left.  She won her bid and took hers with her to drop off to  Avery.
