30 Garcia case vs. Folsom Toyota

SEVERAL MONTHS HAD PASSED.

Avery won her case for Graciela and Eduardo Senior against  Dr. Jorge Leon. He lost his license to practice medicine. Avery made sure authorities knew in Mexico, Spain and Brazil when she heard he was going to try to practice there after he would do 15 years in prison.  The Attorney General, the District Attorney had a press conference along with Judge-Mimi Rodgers. They left because we didn't want to be part of it.  This was over a month ago.

Today was our day in court against Folsom Toyota. We couldn't believe this trial was occurring  in July.

Mimi was the judge, Kerry Washington present as well as governor Newsom. 

This is turning into a political issue Jane. I know Manuel. It's in our favor. They have tried to get the case moved to another part of the state and even tried Oregon and the judge denied their requests for both. I went to help Graciela down and had her sit down next to her husband and drink some water.

Graciela remember when I said if they would switch up with an attorney being nice to give you the feeling your at ease.  Be careful he is a weasel and will try to trick you. Only answer what he asks you if I or the judge doesn't object to it. Please don't give more details. I will allow you and Eduardo to elaborate.  I don't want either of you do that with their attorneys.   Why don't you all go to the restroom.  I have my wife's chambers keys so you can use her restroom.

We left with the Garcia family so they could use the restroom quickly.

They all used it and freshened up. Maura and  I  did too. I asked Maura to give the bailiff in Lisa's court room the key so we  wouldn't be late.
