I was at work reviewing the files that Emily left for me. Miguel had reviewed Eduardo's file altesdy per a sticky note as well as Jennifer reviewed Graciela's chsrt too. She meft a sticky note on her chart for me. Emily wrote a note saying she got a court order for my clinic to have a copy of everything. The district attorney went with her with two deputies and ordered the files. Her note stated she had the deputies go with the employee to get it and made three copies of each. He wasn't thrilled. She took Avery her two and Kerry kept two. I text Emily and told her I would be writing my complaint later on to the medical board. I finished reviewing them.
Jennifer please add these two the ones I have on them. They are here. I asked only the husband to go with her. The other two are in the reception area.
I spoke with them and told them what Emily did early this morning with the district attorney and two deputies. I had reviewed them and I would be writing a letter and emailing it to the medical board. I told them to feel free to get a fruit, water or coffee as all the donuts go really quick. I excused myself to go see them. I went upstairs. Emily was already speaking with them.

Graciela it looks like I will be removing the wire and the cast this morning. I am going to give you a shot to numb your jaw and face because when I cut it. It will cause some pain. Emily please take Mr.Garcia to see him Miguel. I will wait for you to come back. Okay!

She says yes. I give her four shots. I tell her the numbing will begin right away. Emily returns and I start cutting the wire carefully and removing them. Some blood is coming out so Emily gives me gauze so she can put in her mouth. I tell her to keep them in there and Emily will give her more as needed and we will give her more too when she leaves.
I get the saw and start cutting the cast off. She smiles and tells me she can speak more and thanks me for everything. She asks for some water so she can rinse her mouth out. Emily gets her water. I tell her I will be prescribing her an antibiotic for her to eat one tab with a meal three times a day. I ask her what pharmacy they go too.
Emily please have them downstairs fax this to the pharmacy. Okay! Graciela do you have any questions for me? No but want to apologize for my son yesterday. Thank you but it's okay. If you have any problems call me. I will come to your home if you don't mind if it's not serious . If it's, please call 911. If it's not serious , please come to the house. I will tell Eduardo I said its okay. I am on my way home. I came to only do this for you. Again thank you. Emily please take her downstairs. Graciela your husband should be with you shortly. They left and I inputted the procedure, prescription and my comments than logged off the computer and left the clinic.
