Lio's POV:
"Kuya Lio!" Salubong sakin nina Telle, Emie and Esme. Triplets na kapatid namin, all girls.
"Kuya." Bati sakin ni Eidan.
"Volviste tarde a casa otra vez."
(You came home late again.)
Sabi ni Ate Nor sakin but I didn't mind it too much.
"Telle, Emie, and Esme have been waiting for you since earlier. Los hiciste esperar."
(you made them wait)
Sabi ni Eiden--- twin brother ni Eidan--- they're both the serious ones, just like me, and ate Nor.
"Lo siento, let's eat first and watch a movie after." Offer ko sa mga kapatid ko and they all nodded.
They all stood up and the table was already prepared by the maids. I picked up Emie--- my little sister kasi s'ya yung pinakamahilig dun. Yes, madami kaming magkakapatid. Don't ask me--- sina mom and dad yung gumawa samin.
Kumakain na kami and all of my siblings kept looking at me, including ate Nor. The servants that were serving us were also looking at my face from time to time and parang nawe-weirdohan sila. What the hell? I stopped eating and raised one of my eyebrows at them.
"What?" I asked them and my siblings looked at me like some disease just spread around my body, sina Telle, Emie at Esme naman tinitignan ako like there's something wrong with me.
"What? Is there something in my face?" I asked them again and they all nodded. Eiden pointed at my face with a look on his face like disgust, parang inaasar ako or ano.
"What in the hel-..." He stopped because we cannot curse in front of the triplets.
"...heavens happened to you? You have a smile on your face... no rather, it's a grin." Sabi ni Eiden sakin.
"You look foolish kuya." Sabi sakin ni Eidan.
"Did something good happen at your work or when you hang out with your friends? You look pretty happy-... actually, you look entertained. Eso es extraño."
(That's weird)
Ate Nor said.
"Sí kuya, cuéntanoslo."
(Yes Kuya, tell us.)
Said by Esme while Emie and Telle were both nodding.
I looked over at Ate Nor and Dan and Den, why do they look too interested? I sighed and tumigil muna ako sa pagkain.
"Había una chica nueva en el casino familiar de Jay-''
(There was a new girl at Jay's family casin-)
I wasn't even finished yet nang nagsitayuan sina na Ate Nor, Dan and Den.
What the hell is up with these three?
Nagabot sina ate Nor and Eiden nang 20k kay Eidan and he accepted it with a smile while ate Nor and Eiden sighed in defeat.
Tumingin sakin ni Ate Nor. "Nagbet kami kanina on what you were smiling at--- if it was a girl, or the company or a gift was given to you." Explain ni ate Nor.
Umiling ako sakanila. "I can't believe you guys." Napatawa din sina ate Nor, Dan at Den.
"So do I, but who might be the girl kuya?" Tanong nang triplets.
"I'll tell you guys ones that I'm sure enough na I want her." Sabi ko and they all nodded.
"Basta pakilala mo samin ah." Sabi ni Ate Nor.
"Wala kaming pake but we want to know what made you like her. Quizás a mamá también le guste."
(Maybe mom will like her too.)
Sabay na sabi ni Emie.
"This is only the second time that you mentioned a girl, woah." Sabay na sambit nina Telle and Esme at nagno-nod naman si Emie.
"Life changing." Dagdag ni Den at napatawa silang lahat.
