The transport arrived back at the Outpost astonishing both the Doctor and Spartan-II, the place was lively and many Mass-Produced Nikkes roamed about the area.
Rapi: Welcome to the Outpost, Doctor Halsey.
Dr. Halsey: It's more like a small gated community.
Anis: The Commander placed a lot of effort to make this place better for all of us.
The Tetra Nikke said with a smile.
Elias: Well I didn't want the place look desolate, so I added a few things here and there.
The Spartan's expectations for the Outpost was fastly different from what he saw, instead of a normal military Outpost with many armed forces it was more towards a recreational place. But then again he doesn't complain.
Rapi: We should head to the Command Center first, then you can brief us on how you ended here.
Dr. Halsey: Very well, some food will be good too.
Anis: Sure, we have plenty of rations here. What about you Chief Petty Officer?
The Spartan shook his head towards the Tetra Nikke.
Epsilon: He doesn't really eat much because of his enhancements, truth be told he hasn't eaten ever since we got here.
Elias: Don't feel hungry not eating that long?
Yet again the Spartan shook his head.
Elias: I see. Well if you say so, come on let's head inside first.
They walked to the Command Center and went in.

The place wasn't all that too surprising, Halsey sat on one of the chairs while the Spartan had to duck under the door ro get in and after he did he only looked out the window.
Rapi: So Doctor, how did you end up getting here from your world?
Dr. Halsey: Straight to the point, Rapi isn't it?
Rapi: Yes ma'am.
Dr. Halsey: Well, a search and survey team had initially found an unknown artifact onboard a wreck of a Covenant Cruiser, destroyed during our war with them. The team took the artifact and brought it on board the UNSC Infinity, there I tried to study it and it started to react when I was Holding it, my Spartan here was searching an underground cave where a similar artifact was found. I would believe he also touched it and that's what caused it to glow.
Elias: And that was when we found your and your Spartan.
Epsilon: Not exactly, you see I was with the Petty Officer. Doctor Halsey wasn't with us when we ended up in that city, we engaged and killed a Covenant squad and left one alive so that if more Covenant showed up we would be able to track them.
Anis: Wait, so how did you find them Doctor?
I heard the distinct gunshot of a Stanchion rifle many times, I followed it to the source then low and behold found him and you standing off with guns pointed.
Elias: That's a hell of an arrival story.
Rapi: But then again we have met similar folks from other worlds.
Epsilon: You mean we're not the first?
Anis: Nope.
Epsilon: Damn.
Anis: In fact three of them are still here.
Dr. Halsey: We could meet them later.
The Spartan finished his sight seeing out of the window and walked towards the computer, looking at it he noticed that it was almost similar to a standard UNSC monitor albeit more out of date.
*Door Opens*
Turning on a pivot the Spartan looked at who entered, well everyone did. It was another Nikke who is wearing a sort of old sailor outfit.
Elias: Neon, where've you been?

Neon: Haha... Sorry Commander, I should've left a note.
Elias: It's alright.
Neon then notices both the Doctor and the taller Spartan.
Neon: Uhh... Commander, who're they?
Dr. Halsey: One of yours?
The Doctor asked the Commander.
Elias: Yeah, she's Neon. She hails from Elysion like Rapi.
Dr. Halsey: I see. Then I am Doctor Catherine Elizabeth Halsey, nice to meet you Neon
Neon: You too Doctor. And he is...
She points to the Spartan-II.
Epsilon: He's Senior Chief Petty Officer 118, or by his name David. And yes I am an A.I, call me Epsilon or Church whichever you like.
Neon: I see.
Rapi: Neon, where were you when we got back?
Neon: Oh... I was at the clinic with Mary and Pepper.
Elias: What happened?
Neon: Well... I fell out of the window...
Rapi: WHAT?!
This prompted the Tetra Nikke to laugh histerically, Neon then explains how she fell out of the windows. To the utter surprise of both the Spartan and Doctor, she fell out of the window because she tried to find her glasses and need some of her parts replaced. The Doctor also studied their personalities, both Anis and Neon had that like a teenagers while Rapi a similar personality to her Spartan, David. It was then she learned that they were
Soldiers for far too long.
