Lando woke up. He felt funny, not ill, just sad, for some reason. He remembered everything that happened last night. He was a piece of shit to Oscar. He knew where his heart lay, so why did he do what he did? He loved Oscar. Lando had failed him because of some girls who came up to him and snogged him. How could he apologise? He faltered and ruined everything. He was in love with Oscar. He was head over heels.

He picked up his phone.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
> Lando : I'm so sorry, Oscar. I failed you because of some girls. I was drunk and I honestly didn't mean to kiss her.
> Bunnyboy 🐰 : You were sober enough to argue, though. I don't want your meaningless excuses, Lando. You were a dick. You knew where you heart lay.
> Lando : My heart lies with you, Oscar. We had something there, and I fucked it up. I'm so sorry.
> Bunnyboy 🐰: You knew all along that your heart was mine, didn't you?
> Lando : I did. I'm so sorry I failed you..
> Bunnyboy 🐰 : We can figure this out. Omw to yours.
Lando answered the door to Oscar's soft knocks. They looked at each other for a while. Until Lando swooped in for a tight hug, crying into Oscar's shoulder.
"I'm so fucking sorry, Oz, I really am."
"I forgive you, Lan. I know you aren't a snake."
"I fucking love you, Bunny."
"I love you too, Lan."
Lando invited Oscar inside and they sat down and talked about what happened at the club. Lando explained that he was drunk and didn't mean to kiss the girl. Oscar finally believed him and felt the butterflies flitter around in his stomach once again.
"You want something to eat?"
"Yes, please, Lan."
"Alright, a bacon sandwich?"
"Oo, sounds lovely, Lan!"
"Simply, simply, lovely?"
They both burst out laughing. Their relationship had finally returned to normal after the fiasco of last night. Lando handed Oscar his plate, upon it lay a perfectly curated bacon sandwich, and Oscar savoured every last bite of it. Oscar stood up and washed his plate. Lando pulled him back and pinned him to the counter, leaning in for a passionate kiss. Oscar leaned in too, taking in every moment of it. They moved their heads back, Oscar still pinned to the counter. They hugged tightly, not wanting to let go of each other.
"I love you, Oscar." Lando murmured.
"I love you too, Lan." Oscar smiled.
They finally let go of each other, looking lovingly into one another's eyes. They smiled and kissed again, but it wasn't a long kiss, it was more of just a peck.
"You're good at kissing, Lan."
"Could say the same about you, Bunny."
They laughed and looked into each other's eyes.
"We've got to pack for the next race, Lan."
"Fuck- Right- We'd best get packing, thanks for the reminder, Bunny"
"Bellend." Oscar giggled.
"Shutthefuckup-" Lando said swiftly.
They laughed again. Oscar had left some stuff at Lando's, so he packed that in his suitcase. His racesuit was there too, so he packed that. He watched Lando pack. He looked like he was in his own little world.
"Baby turn your bluetooth on so I can send some love~." Lando sang.
"Well he's got heart, so I'm tryna connect via bluetooth." Oscar sang the verse after.
They looked at each other and smiled.
"It's turned on, and it's definitely in range." They sang together.
"I press start, and it loads faster than I'm used to."
"The connection was successful, so imma stay..."
They look at each other and smiled. This song definitely described them. Oscar's cheeks turned red as Lando continued to sing the rest of the song. He sounded great.
They finished packing their suitcases. They gazed at each other and hugged each other tightly. Lando felt a sort of euphoria at the fact that he managed to gain the love of his life's forgiveness after what happened.
The next step was to ask him out.
