LEAVING GUSU

Weeks turned into months and Lan zhan still tried to avoid Wei Ying even though he was hurting losing a best friend and a soul mate Lan zhan still couldn't come to terms with his feelings xichen was right he had feelings once before for his childhood friend liying and now wei Ying entered his life and his heart can't control itself could it be the same or is it different. On the other hand wei Ying and his siblings were preparing to leave gusu since today is the last day of studies at Cloud Recess as happy as everyone was to leave the sect of 3000 rules wei Ying was ready to leave without saying goodbye to Lan zhan so he told his siblings to wait for him at the gates of cloud recess because he needed to say goodbye to his friend. Jiang siblings together with wen siblings waited at the gates for wei Ying to return they understood how wei Ying felt about the second jade and they supported him whole heartedly. Wei Ying was searching for his friend and couldn't find him until he bumped into Lan xichen who informed him that his didi was in his room. So wei Ying bowed and thanked the first jade for his words and immediately started walking in the direction of jingshi at the door he knocked twice before Lan zhan appeared.  

Wangji:
What brings you here shouldn't you be heading home back to lotus pier.

Wei Ying:
I couldn't leave without saying goodbye to you.

Wangji:
Mmmmmmm

Wei Ying:
Before I go I just wanted you to know that I enjoyed the kiss and I do like you alot more than a friend should if that makes me a cut sleeve I don't care I like you.

Wangji:
I don't like you more than a friend I don't want to be friends with you anymore sorry but goodbye wei Ying.

Wei Ying:
Holding back his tears he gave lan zhan a smile goodbye wangji visit lotus pier soon even if  I am not your reason to come.

Wei Ying tried to dry his tears before returning to his siblings and friends shall we go I miss aunty and uncle and you both should visit us as well. The siblings made their way to the boat before entering wei Ying looked back at gusu and smiled I will miss you lan wangji.

Meanwhile wangji was shedding his own tears why did he have to make wei Ying cry he wanted to say goodbye but instead he hurt his friend . He doesn't know what love feels like and he honestly just needs time to figure it out.

After three hours the siblings returned to lotus pier where they were greeted by Madam yu and fengmain they were so happy to have their kids return home and to hear the wonderful stories of their studies and trip to gusu. While everyone was celebrating wei Ying left to his room with a sad expression which didn't go unnoticed by his aunt so she excused herself and rushed after wei Ying hoping to find out what happened to her cheerful son. 

Madam yu:

What's wrong my child I haven't seen you this sad since the first day your uncle bought you home.

Wei Ying:
Aunty is it wrong to love a man shouldn't love be something genuine.

Madam yu:
My dear son love can be the sweetest thing and it doesn't matter if the person you love is male or female as long as both of you are happy.

Wei Ying:
I only wish Lan zhan understand my feelings for him sadly he doesn't accept me as his significant other.

Madam yu:
Hugs her son tightly maybe you should understand his situation remember he has grown up in a strict sect and has always been a model student for his uncle maybe he is afraid his uncle wouldn't accept his decision to love you give him time to sort his feelings out and I am sure he will return your heart after all he already tied his gusu sect ribbon on you.

Wei Ying smiled and thanked his aunt he was willing to wait for his lan zhan even if he only becomes his friend he will still be happy. To love someone you need to have patience and trust if love was meant to be then destiny will provide the answers just wait little heart your second jade will come to you.
