It's way too easy to get lost in the spiritual work and all the craziness that can come with it
Expecially if you have had any sort of experiences
There are many different types and even other dimensions if your able to access that side of it
Most will say they are drug related but when your not on anything when they happen that's a bit harder to explain
It's hard to turn off that belief in the other side once you have seen certain things
But never forget to keep you head with you, take logical thinking into it because otherwise you will just start to overthink everything and sometimes feel very crazy while you dive into the depths of the otherside
So Don't overthink every little thing too much, some things are just coincidence while others are signs
Seeing the same number or name or anything else over and over again it could be a sign getting sent to you, when your looking for them you will find them so try not to let your mind get too carried away with it all
You will see stuff over and over again and see it as a sign if your looking too much
True signs just come too you they aren't something you go searching for
Always remember too Keep that logical part of your brain with you
Some things are just coincidence
And when having predictions come true or your asking someone else to say prodict an outcome too something
Sometimes that's just that person being really good at reading another person and situations
Reading body language accurately is a talent not everyone has some think they do but when put too the test they don't always get it right
With those people that do get it right alot of the time theres Nothing magical/spiritual about it its userly a trauma response called hyper vigilance and they use it to survive everyday of their life until the traumatic experience are faced fully after that they will continue too use it so they can tell if people are actually trustworthy
Spirituality and psychology can get a bit mixed up at times
Expecially with so many not willing to talk to a psychologist and others just getting given pills when they should be sent too someone with the right type of knowledge in the spiritual community
every culture used to send alot of people that are now misdiagnosed too their spiritual leaders to get the guidance and training they needed
Weather any realises it or not The church took that away by bring in there's only one God mentally in most areas of the world and now the government seems to be slowly taking over from the church
When will mankind learn from history instead of repeated the same mistakes made over and over in history
