I think you should work on your proportions. I know this could be a part of your style, but I think it's something you (and every artist) should learn. You also didn't provide much information about the characters, and that put you a little lower.
Some positivity: I like the creativity behind the design, and I like the backstory. I also like the gun. Idk why. Your shading made sense, and the expression had a lot of life behind it!

Okay, I know some of ya'll will be at my throats for this, but the colour theory is screaming emo dude, but the angel wings or dove wings scream good person. I'M SORRYYYYY. Anyways, other than that, I'd say DON'T USE LINED PAPER INVEST IN A GOOD QUALITY SKETCHBOOK IT'S LIKE MAYBE 20 BUCKS AT A CRAFT STORE PLEASE- Final note, you should study how feathers look! In your drawing, the wings are very rounded and soft, which can be stylized i guess but it looks funky. Bird feathers are sharper.
