I'm so damn tired of people always saying how my sexuality works and making kind of demeaning jokes about lesbians. Like I get it I don't care who you like and all that jazz, but stop telling me how to live my life and how my sexuality works when you yourself are not a lesbian and do not identify as any feminine term. It's so damn annoying. You are a trans male, which to me means you're just a guy. Trans guys and cis guys are the same to me. Mostly transgender men I am aquainted to are telling me how my sexuality works, and saying "OH YEAH CAUSE I'M NOT A GUY (you are tho what) YOU CAN BE ATTRACTED TO ME (stfu)" THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS.
Lesbianism is a girl that is attracted to other girls. I don't understand how you can be a trans guy but also a lesbian. So confused about that.
I'm also very tired of being belittled because people think that just because I'm a cis girl and don't use 900+ labels, that my problems aren't as valid.
Like, what? Am I not allowed to be comfortable in my birth body? Why do i have to be this and that to even be looked at the same??
I changed my name, yeah, but that's because I don't really like my original name. Lydia to Hunter. I don't know, I like it better. Is it that atrocious???
Is it so horrible for me to not just listen and agree with everything everyone says??
