3RD PERSON'S POV:

Seungmin soon loosened up to the guys as he began to feel more comfortable talking to them. Jisung and Chan were talkative as always, and Minho just stayed calm while Changbin pulled out a few jokes.

But Hyunjin hadn't said a word ever since his introduction to Seungmin- he still remembered their first moment they met, and he had to admit he was still pissed off. Hyunjin was the type to hold grudges, even if there was just the most minor error in their interaction.

He definitely wasn't in much favor of Seungmin. As he saw the other members casually chatting with the latter, awkwardness and tension arose in Hyunjin. As much as he wanted to excuse himself- he sat patiently until someone else spoke up. He constantly checked his phone for the time, he saw that it was now 7:53pm.

Seungmin was happily talking with Minho about Felix.
The conversation was basically Minho exposing his little brother's secretive habits and interests. Seungmin giggled at Minho's jokes of Felix-but midway he noticed how silent Hyunjin remained. Hyunjin had just been sipping on his coffee while glancing at his phone every five minutes.

Seungmin check his time on his apple watch, he noticed he'd been here for almost three hours now-didn't that mean Hyunjin's just been sitting bored and quiet for three hours? Because of him? "Wow, I should talk to him after this-I don't want things to get more weird than it already is between us...", Seungmin said to himself.

But it was like the universe had finally heard Hyunjin's prayers- "Hey Seungmin, it was really nice meeting you-but it's getting late and you should get home.", Chan spoke up. Hyunjin's eyes widened as his mind started doing flips out of joy. "Oh my god finally...", he thought.

After Chan said that, Minho and Jisung stood up from their seat. "It's great timing too, I need to drop Jisung off soon before it starts pouring.", Minho said.

"Pouring?", Seungmin questioned. He looked out the window and saw that it was already dark, and it was raining. "Fuck- I knew something was off when I saw the sky today..." Seungmin mentally cursed at himself. He couldn't ask anyone for a ride because he thought it'd be rude and burdensome.

Changbin who happened to notice his facial expression, got worried. "Yo Seungmin, do you have a way home?", he asked. Seungmin snapped out of his thoughts, calmly responding back- "Yeah I'm alright- I'll figure it out."

"Are you sure you don't need a ride?", Minho asked.

Seungmin denied once again- "Yes, but thank you though."

So with that, everyone except Hyunjin and Seungmin had left. Jisung loudly thanked Seungmin for the coffee for the last time before he skipped away with his boyfriend.
The room was now just Seungmin and Hyunjin- making the former confused. "Why hasn't he left yet? Oh but who am I kidding! This is my chance to talk to him.", he thought.

Hyunjin left for the bathroom a few minutes ago, and when he came back- he was surprised that Seungmin still hadn't left. "Why are you still here? Are you waiting for someone?" , Hyunjin asked with furrowed eyebrows.

Seungmin jumped from the sudden question , his instincts taking action- "Why are you still here? And no I'm not waiting for someone...", he tried to lie, since he obviously didn't have a way home.

Seungmin found out that all nearby public transportation had shut down due to the bad storm. His only option was to walk home- but he wasn't stupid. If he did walk home(which was about thirty to forty minutes), there was definitely a high chance in catching a cold from the rain.

But Hyunjin wasn't a very gullible person, he knew why Seungmin had stayed behind.

"Whatever, but to answer your question- I'm often the last one to leave since I like to chill here. Now if you'll excuse me- I have to go-"

Before Hyunjin was able to finish his sentence, Seungmin yanked his hand and pulled the taller towards him-perhaps a little too hard.

"Wait! I need to talk to you. About Monday..." the boy quietly admitted.

Hyunjin remembered, but he wasn't in any mood to talk about it. "It's fine- I was rude too. Now do you need a ride or not? Don't even think about walking home.", he subtly suggested. He yanked his bag over his shoulder and twirled his car keys around his slender fingers.

Seungmin was taken aback by the sudden offer, but embarrassed as well that Hyunjin had seen right through his lie. He instantly raised his head up and looked up at the other male with his puppy-like eyes.

"Wait what-? How did you even-", Seungmin was cut off briefly by the latter- "Relax...it wasn't too hard to tell. I also want to apologize..."

"For what?", Seungmin pondered out loud before Hyunjin continued- "I'm sorry for being so inactive and quiet in our meeting today. I was still pissed from Monday, but it's fine now."

Hyunjin had his head down, bashfully mumbling his apology to the boy standing in front of him. Seungmin noticed his genuineness and giggled.

He reached over his hand to play with Hyunjin's long blond locks. "Y'know, for someone who seems so sassy and rude at first- you're pretty cute for that. And thanks, I forgive you, although I'm sorry too. I hope we can start fresh- yeah?"

Hyunjin got so flustered by Seungmin's simple words that he flicked the his hand away- "Whatever! So do you still want a ride or not?!" he aggressively said, hoping he'd sound threatening to Seungmin.

But it didn't have one effect on the other- "Yes please! C'mon let's go!" Seungmin said cheerily as he dashed up the stairs with his belongings.

"Yah-! I'm the one who's driving you remember?!" Hyunjin shouted as he too darted out the practice room.

Soon, the two boys were outside of the house.
It was pouring-but they didn't care. Hyunjin and Seungmin sprinted towards Hyunjin's car whilst starting to get wet from the rain and puddles. Hyunjin snatched their stuff, including Seungmin's, and tossed it into the trunk.

After the whole rainy fiasco, the two boys were sitting in the black, dry, but not-so clean car. "So Hyunjin must be the messy one- I can tell by this car, but at least it doesn't smell..." , Seungmin noted to himself as he observed his surroundings. In the backseat there were blankets and all kinds of random objects. The one that stood out to him the most was a ferret plushie. While Hyunjin was distractedly typing on his phone, Seungmin reached back to grab the plushie. He quietly looked it and smiled- "Hehe, who expected for a guy like him to have such a cute object in this messy car..."

But in a second, the plushie had been snatched out of Seungmin's hands. Hyunjin soon noticed what the other was holding and immediately stole it away, only because he didn't want to suffer from the embarrassment.

"Where did you get this? I swear I left him in the house..." Hyunjin whispered his last sentence as he clenched it in his own hands.

Seungmin laughed at the blonde's actions. Once Hyunjin started the car, they just sat in a comfortable silence.
Seungmin was watching the scene out the window, but then he noticed that Hyunjin had turned to a different route. Now Hyunjin was driving into an unfamiliar neighborhood-one that was definitely not where Seungmin lived.

"Uhm- Hyunjin? Where are we going?" , the boy asked. But what Hyunjin responded with next made Seungmin even more confused-

"Well you never gave me your address, and we got no school tomorrow. Plus- it's already late and I'm too lazy to drop you off....

So we're headin' to my place."
