What JYPE and Seungjin didn't realize was that the move would place the second largest Stray Kids ship under one roof again, and people would lose their minds.

It was a good distraction from the real ship, but with it, came sasaengs.
Death threats began pouring in, threatening Felix if he got close to Hyunjin and vice-versa. One such threat almost came to fruition when they went to an overseas in-person fan meet when someone brought a laser pointer to supposedly hurt Felix for enticing Hyunjin.
"Hyunjin, move back to the old dorm! I can't stand this. I don't want you or Felix getting hurt. We didn't think this through, now look what happened! Our sweet sunshine almost got hurt because we were too greedy.
"I'm not afraid of anyone, and you both deserve to be together and be happy!" Felix said, having overheard their conversation.
"Listen, this is simple. I will come out and announce I am in love with a girl to whom I haven't yet confessed to, because I don't want her to get hurt due to my celebrity lifestyle, and hope one day we can be together.
I love you both, and you two are so good for each other. Let our security team do their job-"
Seungmin interrupted. "Our security team failed you when fans all over the world KNEW you were going to be attacked. I'm sorry, I love our security team, and I am very grateful, but they're human, and this isn't a movie! We do need stronger security if we're going to survive the level of insanity we're facing recently!"
"Felix, that could create even more trouble for you. Let's not lie. We promised Stay we'd never lie to them. Let's push our ship instead!" Hyunjin grabbed hold of Seungmin's hand.
"What?"
"We have quite a lot of content coming out with you and I together. We even have your first pitch. Let's show that we all just love each other and support each other a lot. We can't control other people's reactions.
"Yes, we need better security, and we need to talk to Chan and Division One about that, but we are the ones who should control our narrative. Let's film a special of us going to Busan for your first pitch.
"We just filmed that Racha Log and said we'd go with Jeongin, so let's film it. It won't be hard for me to have hearts in my eyes for you, so we'll make sure our crew captures me looking at you lovingly and then add sugary comments in the captions.
"I'm not going anywhere. I am staying right here with you."
"That sounds good, and on my end, let me push Changlix. Hyunjin just stared at Felix. "I thought we said we wouldn't lie-"

I love our hyung. It... it'll be easy for me to act jealous of you and him." He chuckled shyly, worried he'd said too much.
"Oooooooh! Yongbok! You have a crush on Changbin!" Seungmin said.
"What!? No. I just love him lots." Felix was terrible at lying, and his teammates knew him too well.
"Oh my god, Felix! Does he know?" Hyunjin asked lovingly.
He sighed realizinghe can't fool them. "He does not, and he shall not. Don't you dare say something, you cunts!" He pointed at them.
"Well, that was uncalled for, you little shit!" Seungmin said.
They all laughed at Seungmin's English cursing.
"Sorry, I almost let it slip out that day backstage at the concert, and thankfully that was all I said, or it would have been on film. I don't think I'm ready for him to know."
"You should tell him. I regret not confessing to Seungmin sooner. Don't have regrets."
"I confessed to Chan hyung, but he rejected me. He was super nice about it, and I'm sure that if Binnie doesn't feel the same way, he'll be nice about it too. It helps that you don't live in the same dorm, too. If he says no, then you can move on quicker."
"I'll think about your words, but for now, can we stick to the plan of diverting attention from Hyunglix to Changlix? Maybe we can also ask Minsung to be a bit more obvious as well."
"Minsung obvious about what?" Lee Know walked in. "Wae?" he said softly.
"Can you turn up the Minsung heat to take the focus off of Hyunlix?" Felix said.
Lee Know immediately understood the situation. "Sure! Han won't won't mind. Jilix could also make an appearance.
"I just came back from talking to Chan and Division one about security. It's getting ramped up, Chan will talk to Stay when he goes live on "Chan's Room", and I will also say something on "Rinobabang". We've got you!"
This is what set apart Stray Kids from many groups in Hyunjin's mind. It was the level of care, love, and unconditional support they had for one another. They couldn't have made it this far if they didn't have each other. "Eight is fate!" He remembered.
"Do you feel better Seungmin?" Hyunjin asked.
"Yeah, I should have known we'd all rally and have a plan. I worried for nothing." He kissed Hyunjin on the forehead and Lee Know gagged from where he stood. "Ugh! GET A ROOM!" He yelled.
"We already did, old man!" Seungmin said.
"Ya, I'm not old!" He whined.
"You're almost half-way to fifty!" He stuck his tongue out at the elder, then ran away from him when he saw tissues in his hand.
Felix couldn't help but giggle, and they all stopped stared at him because he was so cute!

The following week, Jeongin, Hyunjin and Seungmin went to Busan for the latter's participation in the Lotte Giants' baseball game. He was scheduled to throw the ceremonial first pitch, but that unfortunately got rained on, and postponed.
Seungmin was very disappointed but he got to film content with the players, play catch, and get pitching tips from his namesake on the team. In addition to all that, they had plenty of sugary content of Hyunjin beaming for his "friend". He could not hide his love and pride for Seungmin and the camera did not hide those stars in his eyes.
When the content aired, the attention shift began from Hyunlix to Seungjin. Minsung also released a duet song, and set Stayville on fire, so everything was going according to plan.
Back in Busan, Jeongin went to visit his family, and Hyunjin and Seungmin were left alone to have a little date. They walked along the shore holding hands, played with the seagulls, ate delicious seafood, and finished with some dessert and Iced Americano at a nearby café.
They even let some fans take pictures of them to further the Seungjin agenda.
Back in the hotel room, the two men cuddled up and watched their favorite drama.
"I love you so much Hwang Hyunjin! I am thankful you exist." Seungmin kissed his forehead, making his boyfriend blush. "Ahhh! So cute! My little ferret!"
Hynjin cuddled up tighter and they both fell asleep holding onto each other in complete peace.
