Chapter 3: Morning

It's only tuesday? I'm gonna cry because the week is going by so slow, and you guys should know by now.

MORNINGS.

I woke up pretty early, so I was feeling groggy. Thank goodness my parents are at work, so that means I can blast my playlist! That was the highlight of my morning. I was in the middle of singing Whitney Houston, until I heard my phone ringing. I looked up at the clock and it was 8:05, who could possibly be ringing me? I picked it up with my tooth brush in my mouth, I know, singing with a toothbrush in my mouth. Not one of my best moments...

"Hellooo who is it?"

"Hey Rora it's me" Did he just give me a nickname? I think I'm gonna die.

"Oh hi Leo? What are you doing? shouldn't you be getting ready?" Mind you, our school starts at 8:50 and it takes at least 20 minutes to get there from where I am.

"I'm getting ready right now, I just wanted to see if you wanted a ride to school? Since my mom let me have the car this morning"

"Oh okay, I would love that, thank you so much" I was jumping with excitement and got ready happily but I needed to calm down because I didn't end the call yet.

"You okay Rora? I heard shaking"

"Oh it was nothing haha sorry." After that embarrassing moment I ended the call, and did the rest of my routine. I decided to wear a diy cut, off the shoulder black Pink Floyd shirt, along with some short blue Jean shorts that showed a little some some, with just some basic converse but I wore Nike socks with them so they were higher than the actual shoes. It was going to be atleast 90° since it was still pretty warm in august. Even though I can NOT wait until the cold weather! OMG I forgot to tell Leo my address how was he gonna get here?? I ran to my phone but just as I was going to pick up the phone, it rang.

"Hello!" I said out of breath since I was nervous and ran, which was never a good combination especially for me.

"woah you okay Rora?"

"Yes- I am, its just I got done getting ready and I realized I didn't give you my address, sounds really dramatic now that I say it out loud"

"You're fine Rora, honestly, that's why I called you again" he said while cutely chuckling. I laughed along with him, but shortly told him my address, and hung up afterwards. I fixed my face a little bit, and put my chestnut brown hair into some cute braids and pulled out some framing pieces since it really helped with my GIANT cranium. Even tho Luna and Scarlet said it wasn't that big, I never believed them. Anyways, I walked out the door, and locked it. I put in my headphones while I waited for Leo. I shortly spotted a car with Leo in it, I don't really know about cars so I didn't even bother guessing. He rolled the window down and asked me "what's a pretty lady like you doing here all alone?"

"Haha shut upp" I don't even know why I said that, I sounded like such a pick me. I face palmed myself bc of how stupid I must've sounded. We drove for about 15-20 minutes and arrived at the school. We got out the car and while Leo was at his trunk gathering his stuff I spotted Tobey and Luna talking together.

"Aww how cute!"

"What?" Leo said confusingly

TOBEYS POV:
I've been at the school since 8:20 and I was regretting getting up extra early today. I put on my headphones and put on some The Beatles "Here Comes The Sun - Remastered 2009" I was 2 minutes into the song and felt someone tap my shoulder but I ignored it thinking I was just feeling things. It happened 3 more times so I turned around taking off my headphones and saw Luna. I blushed like crazy, feeling like a fool when I didn't turn around the first time.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry I didn't think someone was actually trying to get my attention" I said while face palming myself feeling embarrassed.

"You're okay! I should've went up to you earlier. I saw you but I didn't wanna bother you hehe." She said shyly, but looked as beautiful as always. "Can I sit here?"

"Yes of course!" I said while scooting a little bit so she could have more room. We talked for minutes which seemed longer but were cut off when Luna saw Aurora coming by, but then I saw Leo right beside her? Are they a couple too?

"Hey guys!" Aurora said very awfully cheerful.

"Hey Rory!" Luna said back. "Is it okay if I walk with her Tobey?" Luna asked me with an innocent look on her face, while I looked at my shoulder as she touched it carefully.

"Yes! Go for it don't let me stop you." I said while thinking for a moment. Should I kiss her before she goes? Maybe it's too early. F it. You only live once. She was beginning to walk away until I pulled her in by her waist and turned her around to kiss her cheek. She began blushing as her and Aurora hurriedly rushed to the inside of the building.

"Hey man what was that little scene just a second ago?" Leo said as he began to chuckle from my little moment.

"I don't know I just felt like kissing her so I went for it. Was that a bad idea?" I said while rubbing the back of my head rethinking my choices.

"No! No, it just caught us all off guard and-" Thank goodness the bell cut him off as we rushed to our classes.

A/N: I don't know why I keep cutting the chapter off before they spend a day in school lol. I'll be sure to write them during their classes, passing period, lunch etc. I really wish someone would do what Tobey did to Luna 😩. Anyways! I'll update this story very soon!
