City walk is like everything a city needs in one place. It has skateparks, walking parks, fish ponds, an outdoor mall, and a mini theme park. All in this one huge plot of land, making it a great hang out spot for teens on the weekends and a great date spot. I've gone there many times to mill around the outdoor mall with Daisy and it is fun don't get me wrong. I'm just not one to enjoy just looking and not buying anything.

"Dude you just missed that fucking spot, slow the hell down!" Gabe taps against the window as Nolan coasts past another open spot in the car and pedestrian crowded lot.

"Don't yell when I'm driving!" Nolan yells back at Gabe and leans forward, steering wheel up to his chest. "Now shut up so we can finally park."

After a little bit more bickering and a few honks at some careless people crossing through the parking lot Nolan finally finds a parking spot. "I'm never coming to this hell hole again." Nolan complains outwardly as we all unbuckle and climb out.

"Took you guys long enough." Reece hits the hood of the car, leaning up against it watching us all climb out. He went with Dalton since there wasn't enough comfortable space in one car for all 6 of us.

I don't say a word in response as we all climb out and walk onto the bricked entrance. "You have the layout Dalton." Reece goes to him, propping an arm on his shoulder as he looks down at the paper that the male had just pulled out.

"Yes.." Dalton drags on, looking from the paper and to City Walk as if he's trying to figure out where to go first. "Arcade anyone?" Dalton lifts an eyebrow, looking over us stopping on Harley. I stand behind everyone slightly to keep myself from looking at him.

My god was it hard.

"Yeah let's go. Gaming here we come!" Reece jumps up and walks ahead of us. He turns around though and makes fake shooting noises, closing one of his eyes. He takes turns 'shooting' the other people around us, of course receiving dirty looks. I bite my lip to keep from laughing at his antics. I really did miss his goofball personality and carefree look on life. I really needed that for myself right now, wishing that it was within me but I guess this is the next best thing.

We make it to the arcade, shroud in blue and pink neon lights and electric gaming sounds. There was arcade machines along with some claw machines and even a prize counter. This place was the biggest one in the state and thus most popular, that proven by the thick masses of bodies milling around inside.

The atmosphere in a place like this is something I really needed, it's full of suspense and fun. Taking a deep breath I feel my eyes glow. "You know exactly where I'm going." I state, slightly in a daze. My friends behind me nod.

We push through making a path through the crowd and get to Hoop it up. This one was a constant competition between all of us to see who can get the most baskets. I always excelled in it so of course we have to start it off strong.

The feeling around us is a thick cloud. I laugh almost evilly at the feeling. I love our competitiveness, no wonder we have it. You need it on the ice. The game pushes forward, me and Gabe neck and neck, us two bracketing down to the finals.

Reece is chanting to my right as I zero into the basket. I can't risk breaking my streak of absolutely annihilating anyone that challenged me. There was 10 second left.

I grab the ball and run my fingers over it before lining up the shot and bringing back my elbow. It was all down to this one shot.

I take a deep breath in through my nose and drop into the game mindset. No noises, no distractions, just me and the net.
