In the Cafeteria

Parker's POV

I got woken up by the sound of my alarm. "Ugh Monday already, why do the weekends have to be so goddamn short".

I sat up and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. I got dressed and made my bed. I went downstairs to make myself a bowl of cereal, after that I went to go brush my teeth, grabbed my bag and left.

I couldn't stop thinking about Saturday and my amazing time with Micha. I'm glad I worked up the courage to ask her. Hopefully I get to see her again out of school. I wish my mom never had beef with her mom so we could see each other at out houses but whatever nothing we can do I guess.

I arrived at school when I saw Micha getting "Harassed" by non other than Brad I've been here for a couple of days and I already know this boy is bad news.

I gave him a shove and said "Come on Brad even you should know that it's but nice to harasse pretty girls" he snarled at me "I'm not harassing you am I Micha?" Micha looked at him and stood besides me.

Brad rolled his eyes "Whatever" he walked away with his group if friends behind him.

"ugh he is so annoying" Micha said rolling her eye.

"Yeah I agree with you" I said. "Thanks for 'saving' me" Micha said. "Of course I can't stand a guy irritating a pretty girl" Micha's had a light hint of blush spread across her cheeks. I liked that... I liked that I could make her blush or atleast that's what I think I did. "To thank you for your heroics I would like to offer you a seat next to me in the cafeteria" Micha said charmley. I smiled "Oh that would be lovely" I responded

"Micha had a sparkle in her eyes"Great I'll see you later" she turned a heel a walked away. I watched her walk away until she turned a corner and I couldn't see her again.

I entered the loud and crowded cafeteria, there was a long line of people getting food luckily I don't have to stand in it because I don't get the food here, I swear they get the food out of dustbins. I looked around to see if I could spot Micha but it seems like she saw me first because she was waving at me to get my attention. I grinned slightly and made my was to her table and sat down across from her.

"I'm glad to see you could join me" she said with a smile. "I'm glad you offered for me to join you" I said, we both giggled, I liked it when she giggles.

She peeled the skin off her of her orange "where's your food?" She ask as she put a slice of her orange into her mouth, "oh I don't eat the food here it doesn't look fresh" I replied, "oh alright I get it that's why I bring my own food to school" she said. That's actually smart maybe I should bring my own food.

"Here" she said handing me half of her orange, "we can share" I smiled and took it gratefully. I liked having lunch with Micha,maybe I should invite Evan to come join us.

We spent the rest of the cafeteria talking
I really like Micha she's a sweet girl.
