Parker's POV

It was two weeks after Micha and I's friendly date?? Is that what I can call it? Whatever it doesnt matter.

Micha and I haven't texted at all sure a few 'hellos and how are you doing' here and there but not much. I haven't seen her in the halls either maybe she's just busy, don't tell anyone but I miss her.

Maybe I should contact her or something. But I can't this weekend I'm going out with my mom believe it or not, we're going on a 3 hour train ride to go see an old small town. There are many good things about it.

It was the morning of the trip I was going on with my mom. I put on a casual outfit but I made sure I still looked good.

I stepped out my room and headed towards my mom's room. "Morning mom" I greeted her with a faint smile. "What do you want?" She was busy reading a magazine "Uhm you need to get dressed the train we booked will be leaving soon"

"Oh that's today? Sorry I can't go I'm seeing someone" of course she is, I knew I never should of got my hopes up.

"I see, I'll just go by myself then" I replied and left before she could say anything, I'm sure if she did I would cry and I don't want to cry infront of her...

I grabbed my bag with a few things I might need and headed to the train station. I was 20 minutes early to waited on a bench.

I went on my phone and and played a few games and whatever else I could find to pass the time.

I couldn't hear with all the people talking but I swear I heard my name but I shook it off, I heard it but it sounded more  clearer and louder, so I look up and and there she was...Micha.

"Parker hi!" She was wearing a pink sweater with a white skirt with pink lace at the end.

She looked so cute. I stood up and greeted her with a smile "Hey, what are you doing here?" I asked curiously.

"I'm here to go look at that town"

"Ah so am I"

"Really?? Can we go together, uh if you want to of course" she said nervously look away from my eyes.

"Of course I would like to go with you, I haven't seen you in two week" ugh why did I say that like she has to see me everyday I'm not her girlfriend I don't need to see her everyday.

"I'm sorry about that, I've been so busy and when I tried to message you I got pulled away" she said to me with a frown.

I patted her arm "hey it's okay really no worries" she looked at me and smiled and I smiled back.

"Micha I-" I was interrupted by the sound of a train stopping.

"Ooo! Our train is here. Sorry did you want to say something?" She cocked her head to the side. "Oh no no it's ok" I gave her a slight smile.

Her and I got onto the train and took our seats. It was raining that day. I love the rain, it's so peaceful.

Micha was listening to music with a set of earphones she must have noticed me looking but she took one of them out and offered it to me.

What kind of typical gay shit it this.

I smiled and took it from her and placed it in my ear.

The song that was playing was: Linger by The Cranberries

I smiled, I loved this song and of course she had this on her playlist.

To me when people play their music with you it's a sign of being comfortable around me and it might not be the same to Micha but it is to me, and I'm glad I get to see the taste of music she has.

I like it alot, we are a different in the same way.

We spent the next 3 hours listening to music and talking, I enjoyed it.

I love Linger by The Cranberries so I had to add it to this 🤭 after the next chapter there gonna be abit more drama so stay on a look out for that one!! Sorry this chapter isn't as long :(
