The next day, Jungkook takes Jimin on a long drive.

Jimin looks out of the window, towards the big buildings slowly disappearing, and trees covering both the sides of the road.

"Is it too far away? Where are we going..."
"There's someone I want you to meet..."
"Why didn't you tell me before, I would've dressed accordingly..." Jimin almost pouts.

"You look beautiful. Don't worry, she'll like you..." Jungkook replies with a smile, his gaze fixed on the road. Jimin smiles to himself and looks down in his lap, shy at the compliment.

"Who's she..."
"My grandma... She always wanted to meet my husband..." Jungkook says happily.
"She knew?"
"Always."

"That's great.."
"She even told me what I should look for when I find my life partner..."

"Oh. Did you find it then..."
Jimin asks curiously, his focus trained on Jungkook's face. He notices him gulping and looks ahead at the road too.

"Yes. I did." Jungkook replies shortly.
Jimin smiles wide at it. He doesn't ask what it was, he just couldn't out of shyness.

The silence gets overbearing, Jimin thinks his beating heart can be heard by Jungkook loud & clear. He goes ahead and turns the FM on.

Slow songs start filling the background and he looks outside, finding peace again.

After half an hour more, Jungkook informs they are about to reach. Jimin feels nervousness bubbling in his stomach again.

"Btw it'll get late when we go back... If you don't mind, can we stay the night?" He asks.

Jimin simply nods his head.

"Coming... Who is it?" The old lady came running when she heard the doorbell. When she opened the door, her question was answered immediately.

She pulls her grandchild in her loving embrace. "Oh my little kookie, it's been so long... How are you my puppy!?"

Jungkook chuckles as he takes in her love and affection. Jimin smiles too.

"I'm fine grandma, How are you?"
"I'm so fine after looking at you. Oh... Who is this..." She leaves Jungkook at once and trains her weak eyes to look at a new face.

"Guess who..."
"Right! You got married! My puppy got married... Come here little puppy..." She asks for Jimin. His heart melts when she hugs him too, even though they don't even know each other.

Jungkook smiles proudly from behind. "He's Jimin grandma, we got married last to last week... I wish you were there..."

"I was out of town puppy... And I almost forgot you got married when I came back." She laughs releasing Jimin from her hug. She cups his face and looks at him carefully, her eyes straining due to bad eyesight.

"You married a really cute puppy! I like him!" She states, making Jimin laugh at being called a puppy.

Jungkook smiles happily before holding Jimin by his waist. The action came naturally to him, while Jimin's heart leaped in his chest.

"Come inside you two, silly me, I forgot..." She chuckles again as she makes way for them.
"I was making dinner, would you like to eat with me?" She asks as she enters the kitchen.

"Let me help you granny..." Jimin gets up instantly and Jungkook too follows him. "Let me help too."

They cook dinner for 5 as Jungkook's cousin sister with her husband also lives here with granny.
