Chapter 2: Just Breathe

Third person's POV

The next day....

Aonung, Siobhan, Rotxo and Tsireya had dived off from the edge of the dock and into the clear and blue water where all of their native creatures were located in the water. Up still on the edge of the dock, Neteyam and Lo'ak were getting ready to jump before the two boys ran over to the dock and they jumped into the water with some loud shouts and they splashed into the water before Kiri and Tuk joined their brothers by jumping into the water with some excited yells too. Once, the Sully siblings had opened their eyes to get used to the feeling and they felt the cold water all over their senses and their eyes went wide with wonder as they saw all of the fish and the creatures swimming by them. Tsireya then looked back at the Sully siblings and she smiles just a little bit at the sight of seeing Lo'ak loving the environment and she couldn't wait to show him more of this place before Neteyam, Kiri, Lo'ak and Tuk began to follow after the oceanic Na'vi trio and the human tsakarem. Eventually, Kiri swims away from everyone else before Aonung, Tsireya, Siobhan and Rotxo saw the Sully brothers and Tuk breaking the surface of the ocean and they looked confused on why they were up above already before Tsireya hand signs to the Sully brothers while she was motioning for them to come down below "Swim with us" However, the Sully brothers just showed that they couldn't understand her but they went back down and they continued to explore the ocean together as Siobhan still wasn't very happy about having to teach the Sully siblings but she knew that she had to put on a brave face about the situation and she was wearing a black one piece bathing suit with white polka dots on the bathing suit.

"What is wrong with them?" Aonung hand signs to his sister and his best friends while they saw the blue Na'vi people going up to the surface for some air again and they didn't understand it before Rotxo said to his best friend in their native sign language while he was floating in-between Aonung and Siobhan "They don't know on how to swim under the water" "Stop, they are learning" Tsireya hand signs to her older brother and her best friend while she was frowning at the pair before Aonung rolls his eyes and he turns his head as he stops his teasing and the oceanic Na'vi trio along with Siobhan just gracefully swim up to the surface of the water to join the rest of the group. "Are you alright?" Tsireya asks Neteyam, Lo'ak and Tuk as the oceanic Na'vi princess and Rotxo had joined them now before Tuk said to her in a complaint voice while she was rubbing the water out of her eyes "You're too fast, wait for us" "Just breathe, breathe" Tsireya said to the younger girl just as Aonung and Siobhan broke the surface of the water before Aonung said to the Sully siblings in a teasing voice "You're not good divers, maybe you're good at swimming through the trees but-" Tsireya then smacks the back of Aonung's head before Lo'ak said to him with a grumble "Come on, bro" Neteyam then shakes his head just a little bit before he said to the oceanic Na'vi trio while he was motioning with his fingers "We don't speak this finger talk, guys, we don't know what you're saying to us" "I will teach you" Tsireya said to everyone before Rotxo asked everyone as he noticed that Kiri wasn't with the rest of the group "Where's Kiri?" Instantly, everyone else went into panic mode over Kiri and everyone was looking around for her while her siblings were very worried about her.

Later on....

The group of young adults, teenagers and Tuk had moved closer to the shallows of the water and they were still standing in it as Aonung was making some throaty noises and he was clicking his tongue to gain the attention of some lurking Ilu who were lurking about in the water. A few Ilu had heard his calling sounds and they appeared above the surface of the water while they were showing off their fins to the group of young adults as he continues his throaty noises before he said to the Sully siblings "These are Ilu, if you want to live here, you have to ride them"

Later on....

Neteyam and Lo'ak went to their separate Ilus as Tuk watched her older brothers from just a few feet away before the younger brother grabbed onto his braid as he went to attach his queue with his Ilu's queue. "Make the bond gently" Siobhan said to the older boy as she holds up his Ilu's queue for him and she watches the pair connect with each other but when they did, the Ilu's pupils went wide and it made a loud grunting noise since it wasn't used to the new feeling as it moves around just a little bit in the water before Siobhan said to Lo'ak as she was calming down the Ilu and the creature was wiggling around just a little bit in the water "Feel his breath, feel this strength" Lo'ak then takes a deep breath and he closes his eyes for just a few moments and he exhales when he opens his eyes again before Siobhan said to him as she was gesturing to the handle on the saddle "Hold here" Lo'ak then takes it and he just ignored the comments from the oceanic young adults as they were teasing him again before he releases another breath just before his Ilu takes off really fast into the water and it was swimming under the surface as Lo'ak was just barely able to hold on and the force of how fast the Ilu was going in the water had ended up knocking him off from the creature. Aonung and the rest of his fellow Na'vi best friends were watching the scene and he crackles under the water at the sight of what happened to Lo'ak before everyone came back up with some laughter of their own kinds. Lo'ak then breaks the surface of the water while he was gasping for some air as his Ilu squeaks at him and the creature ends up swimming away from him while he was feeling embarrassed about what happened to himself in front of the whole group before Siobhan tries to hide her laughter with one of her hands covering her mouth as she looks away and she was giggling while she tries to go back to a straight look on her face at the sight of seeing Lo'ak grumbling and swimming back over to the rest of the group.
