Finally, Nico returned saying that the telephone line was back up and that we had to test it, and so we did the line was back up and hopefully no one trips on the telephone line again.
Night was upon us, the rain was pouring and the sounds of the city can be heard. There was nothing we could do there, so we decided to head to bed early. Suddenly, we realized something there was no couch and we had the wheel to decide the bed arrangement. We all had a troubled look on our faces. We all took turns on the bathroom and it was time to go to bed Nico and Carmel were settled in m (as they should) and me and Ley just looked at eachother. After a while we just decided to hang out for a bit, Ley was reading a book she bought and I was on my phone browsing guitars. Ley felt tired and headed to bed. A while after that, I eventually also got tired. This wasn't really good for me because Ley was already on the bed trying to sleep and I had nowhere else to sleep since there was no couch in sight. On the other hand, Nico and Carmel was sound asleep on the other bed. They were on opposite sides of the bed and unlucky for me this wasn't going to be the case since Ley was positioned in the middle of our bed. She looked asleep so I just hopped in next to her. Nothing was going to prepare me for this experience. Once I hopped on the bed I felt her warm body touching mine, she smelled like lilies, and her small snores were heard once again. Ley was sleeping facing the bed of Nico and Carmel which was on the right side. So I just tried to go to sleep like any normal person. I don't know how much time passed by but it was a long time I bet. I couldn't fall asleep because of Ley. It felt like she was awake because her snores were quieter and inconsistent which made them sound like breathing than her usual snores.
Turns out she was awake, she turned around and adjusted closer to me. I was lost for words, I covered my mouth and I felt so nervous. She and I shared the same expression and we were just looking at eachother, not a single soul looked away.
The tension got calmer and calmer. Ley and I's breathing was slower and my temperature started to become cooler and cooler. Ley fell asleep once again and I couldn't sleep even more now. There were voices in my head telling me to hug her and there were those telling me to not. Think of it like the angel and devil on those cartoon character's shoulders back then. Suddenly I felt something touching me from behind.
