Chapter 11

Samantha pov.
I woke up, where am I, am I dead, I asked no one in particular. Wait, this is my room, I said as I noticed my surroundings.
Wait, I remembered stabbing myself in the heart and being carried away by the ambulance I said,  quickly looking through my clothes and seeing no injury. It felt like it never happened.

I stood up from the bed and went to look at my self in the mirror, I look a bit younger,  what's happening to me I thought as I checked myself out.

Sam, you'll be late on your first day, I heard Dad voice call out to me.

Wait I know that voice, that's my dad's voice, he's alive I said as tears fell from my eyes. That can't be possible. I said and ran out of the room wearing my nighties.
I walked out of my room, there he was. Reading his newspaper as always while sipping his early morning tea.
I can't believe my eyes ws I ran to him and hug him as tears filled my eyes.
I miss you dad, I said hugging him tightly.

Do you want to break this old man bones, he said jokingly.

This is my dad, I said laughing as tears  kept falling off my eyes.

What's wrong, he Said.

Nothing, just missed you I said happy

We saw each other yesterday, what's up with you this morning.

Nothing just love hugging you, i smiled.

Well, go and dress up, the new bodyguard i hired for you is here already waiting for you.

Bodyguard?

Yes, did you read my mind, It was a suprise I had for you, how did you know his name?

Sebastian is just a regular name, I just guessed, I lied.

He lowered his glasses and stared at me for a while before busting out a laugh. I never knew you were quite familiar with names, that's strange.
Why don't we let sabastine in and get you two aquinted.

I don't mind I said.
Well it seems my prayers was answered, i remember this was the day I met him but things is kind of playing differently.
I was giving a second chance, I'll make sure I'll never fall for him.

Sabastine, I dad called out to him. The Door went open as he walked in.
Seeing him, i could remember the pain he put me through as my heart aches. I felt my chest getting stuffy as breathing became hard. I cling my chest, as my breathing became rapid as he walked closer to us. I couldn't hold back the tears, Sam get a grip of yourself I said as my sight became blurry.

Sam, what's wrong with you, I heard Dads voice as I began to pass out.

I feel stuffy, it hurts so much, that was the last word I said. before passing out  I could see Dad's worried face, and sabastine rushing to grab me before I fell to the floor as everything turned black.

Sebastian POV
I woke up, my head felt heavy. All I remember was in the hospital waiting for the doctor to come out and tell me about her condition before that bright light appeared out of nowhere.

Where am I, I said as I stood up from the bed, as I scanned the whole room.
This is my room and my bed, how did I get back to my old house. What's going on, I thought.
Just then a message popped on my phone as I read through it.
Don't forget to report to work today, the message said.

Wait, I remember these messages, it was sent by Samantha's Dad to resume work as his daughters bodyguard.
I'm confused, did I go back in time. I'll figure it out later, first I need to report to work. Time will tell if I did, I said as I walked into the bathroom to shower.

A few minutes later I walked out with a towel tied to my waist, I took out my outfit from the wardrobe and put it on.
I left the house once I was ready and made my way to the mansion. I knock gently on the gate as I arrived as the security man let me inside as he went to inform the master of my arrival.
He rushed back once he informed him of my arrival.

She'll soon be out, go over there and wait he said pointing to the house entrance.

Okay, I said and made my way there, I stood by the door waiting for any command.

After some hours I was asked to come in, I walked closer to the door and turned the knob as the door went open and I walked in.
My eyes meet with hers as she turned pale, grasping for air as she black out. I ran to her caughting her before she fell to the floor.
I lifted her in my arms as I carried her to her room with her father guidance.
I lay her on the bed and stood by her side as her father called the doctor.

Thirty minutes later the doctor arrived as he checked her out.

How's my daughter, he asked the doctor.

She's fine, there's nothing wrong with her, he said.

Then why did she pass out.

Due to stress, I presume he said, I think she needs rest and she will be fine. I'll just administer some vitamin she will take, she's fine you don't need to worry, tge doctor said.

Are you sure she's okay.

Yes, you don't need to worry, your daughter is fine

When will she wake up.

Like I said earlier she need rest, she'll wake up after resting for a while he said. I'll be taking my leave now, just get this vitamin for her. He said and wrote down something on a note and handed it over to her dad before leaving the room.

He turned to me and handed over the note to me, go get this drugs he said.
I took the note and left the house in a hurry, deep down I knew the reason for her passing out. It was because she saw me.
