(AN: Sorry for the long wait! I was on a Thanksgiving break, and school was taking a toll on me mentally, I hope you all understand)

The next day, I woke up feeling unwell and decided to stay in bed. Aunt May heard me groaning and came upstairs to check on me.

"Are you okay?" she asked, noticing it was almost 8:00.

"I'm not feeling well," I replied. "I think I need to stay home today."

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, Pepper," she said sympathetically. "Do you think you need to see a doctor?"

"No, I think I'll be fine. I need to rest," I replied.

"Okay, well, I'll make sure to get your homework from school so you can do it in bed," Aunt May said, kissing me on the forehead. "Hope you get better soon, dear."

As Aunt May left the room, I sat up and looked at my messenger bag. I noticed fabric hanging from it and remembered I had saved the cashier at the sandwich shop the day before. Looking at herself in the mirror, I thought I could become a hero.

"Maybe I could help people in trouble and make a difference," I thought.

Feeling inspired, I climbed out of bed and grabbed my sewing machine from the closet. I plugged it in and got to work. As I sewed, I couldn't help but think about my new plan.

"What if I could be a superhero, like in the movies?" I said out loud.

Suddenly, I heard Aunt May's voice from downstairs. "Pepper, are you okay?" she called.

"Yes, Aunt May, I'm fine," I replied. "Just working on a project."

A few hours later, Aunt May returned with my homework and some soup for me to eat.

"How's the sewing going?" she asked.

"It's going well. I'm making something special," I replied, smiling.

As the day went on, I continued to work on my project, feeling increasingly excited about the possibility of becoming a superhero.

I had been working on my costume for hours, and finally, it was done. As I picked it up from the table and looked at it, I felt a sense of pride. "This is the best thing I've ever made," I muttered, admiring my handiwork.

I decided to try it on, and it fit me like a glove. "Wow, I look amazing," I whispered, admiring my reflection in the mirror. I spent a few more minutes tweaking the outfit until it was perfect.

Suddenly, I remembered that my Aunt May would check on me soon. I quickly scanned the room, seeking a way to conceal my costume. That's when I noticed my bed. I grabbed a pillow and stuffed it under the blankets, then pulled another blanket over it to make it look like I was sleeping. "Perfect," I thought, grinning to myself.
