After a woman came to Vegas with some surprising news Vegas needs to deal with the situation the best he can. He makes a mistake by trying to keep things from Pete until he knows more about the matter. He should know better than to keep things from his husband. Specially since his husband is Pete Phongsakorn Saengtham.

Things were going way too good. Vegas should have known that something is going to happen. He and Pete were happily married for over a year now. Kinn and he did not have any major issues in their businesses. It turned out that the major and minor families working together instead of against each other really helps the businesses a lot.
Things were going way too good for it to last forever and Vegas should really see a disaster coming.
"Look... I don't know why you think I should believe a word you're saying here so..." He told the woman that came to him during his lunch he had in a restaurant. He was really grateful Pete was not with him that day.
"I am telling the truth" the woman said
"And I am not an idiot. Just because you walk in here with a baby doesn't mean I am going to fall for whatever you're trying to make me fall for here" Vegas said a bit annoyed
"My friend was your father's... they were seeing each other" the woman said
Vegas knew exactly what the woman's friend was to his father. He knew that beside the bedroom his father was not seeing her friend at all.
"And?" Vegas raised an eyebrow
"And this is their son. Your father's son" the woman lifted the boy she was holding
"And?" Vegas asked again
"And his mother passed away. I loved her, she was my friend but I really can not take care of a baby. I don't have time, my house is tiny so it's not suitable for a child. Lin did not have any other family that would take care of him so I was trying to find his father but when I found out he passed away as well I had to come to you because you were my only option. His only option" she looked at the boy
"My father had many women. And not all of them were seeing just him. This child could be anyone's" Vegas said
"But he is not, he's your father's. Lin wasn't seeing anyone else but your father" the woman shook her head
"Look. I don't have time for this" Vegas stood up and the woman did as well
"I really can not take care of him" she said a bit desperately
"And you think I can? I don't even know if my husband wants children and I am supposed to just bring one in our house without even telling him about it?" Vegas put his hand on his hips
"Please"
Vegas looked at the boy. He looked a bit like Macau when he was little so there might be a family resemblance, but at the same time all babies look the same so it could be just coincidence.
"I am not willing to take any action until I will have a proof that he's really my father's child" Vegas said finally
"And if you'll tell my husband about any of this before I'll inform him about it myself we're done ok?" he warned her, not wanting Pete to find out from anyone else but him about this
The woman nodded quickly
"I'll get you whatever proof you'll need" she said and Vegas nodded.
The woman left him her phone number and he gave her his bodyguard's in return. He really wasn't about to give some, maybe crazy, woman his personal phone number.
