Electro-Storm

The reason I chose Giovanni and Electro from Spider-Man are simple : Giovanni (Pokemon) is actually the akumatized villain and his akumatized form is based on Electro (One of Spider-Man enemies) ! Anyways, enjoy the chapter !

In the class of History, everyone are studying a lesson about the invention of thunder rod by Benjamin Franklin. Some students which is mainly the Miraculous heroes and their civilian identity focuses on the lesssons while other students which is mainly Les Enfants Terribles are plotting against the Miraculous heroes to humiliate them, then it's lunch time. Then it's Weather sciences with a new teacher : Catherine.

Then night falls in Paris, but not just as any nights, the civilians are afraid due to a huge thunder storm, some weather experts thought it was a normal weather phenomenon but in reality it was Giovanni akumatized as Sparks-Storm (Aka in French : Electro-Fléau) to understand how it began, let's have a little flashback.

Flashback :

Giovanni was beyond furious, Team Rocket was defeated by the Miraculous Heroes team when Jessie, James and Meowth were akumatized as Poke-Master (Aka in French : Maître Pokémon), Lysandre when he helped D'Argencourt when the latter was akumatized as Darkblade (Aka in French : Le Chevalier Noir) and now Mr. Ramier was once again akumatized as Mr. Pigeon (Aka in French : Monsieur Pigeon) for the 100th time and once again was de-akumatized by the Miraculous Team. Hawk Moth thought that the time has come that Giovanni to be a perfect target for a new Akuma.

"No wonder, Giovanni feels unappreciated as a leader, all those failures has driven him over the edge, and that's exactly the food that my Akumas craves for..." Said Hawk Moth.

"Fly away my little akuma and evilise that leader in need for authority." Ordered Hawk Moth.

The Akuma fly away until it reaches Giovanni's tie and akumatize him.

"Sparks-Storm, I am Hawk Moth, I give you the power to uses electricity to strike fear into the citizens of Paris and makes everyone bow down to you, but in return, bring me the Miraculous of the Heroes Team." Said Hawk Moth

"Team Rocket shall be victorious ! I won't fail you, Hawk Moth." Said Givoanni and then transforms into Sparks-Storm.

End of Flashback :

Sparks-Storm looks like Electro from Spider Man, he send a blast of electricity into Les Enfants Terribles Hideout, with each electric energy absorbed into his body, he grows bigger and stronger.

"Electricity is my meal but if I had to destroy the Miraculous Team, I need more electricity !" Said Sparks-Storm, using his new electricity powers, he causes several blackouts into Paris, and absorbs many electric energy.

Meanwhile :

"So this is Paris ? Just hoping I can finally meet the Miraculous Heroes team and maybe join their ranks against Hawk Moth..." The voice belonged to a young boy who has spiky silver hair, very pale skin, and blue eyes. His eyes change shape depending on the mood that he's in, narrowing and sharpening when he goes into assassination mode. Killua is fairly lean at the start of the series, due to constant physical conditioning and torture training he received when he was young. As time passes, he becomes more muscular and toned. In the Nippon Animation anime adaptation, that boy whose name is Killua has an eye color that is changed to green during the OVAs. He is also often seen holding a green skateboard (turned yellow in the 2011 series).

About his clothes, he typically wears baggy clothing, with his usual attire consisting of long-sleeved and dark-colored shirts. Most of his clothes have a turtleneck. He wears long, baggy shorts in the manga and Madhouse animated adaptation, but Nippon Animation's character design shortened them to reach above his knees. He also wears purple boots, recolored brown and black in the Nippon Animation adaptation.
