But nothing would change the fact that Felix felt very scared at the moment.
Nothing will make this less heart wrecking for him.
And honestly, maybe Ryujin was right.
Maybe he was overthinking this.
Maybe he was being overdramatic.
Maybe he was being a pussy.
But on the other hand, what if he was right?
What if this was a bad idea?
What if he wasn't overthinking it?
So in his mind, in his little fantasy that he created for himself, he has the right to feel scared cause he just doesn't know.
He doesn't know what Hyunjin wanted to talk about.
He doesn't know what will happen once he finally gets the courage to walk out of his car and knock on Hyunjin's door.
He doesn't know how it will affect their friendship.
No one knows.
So he believes he has the right to feel scared cause the unknown is always scary.

Finally building up enough courage, Felix took a deep breath before he stepped out of his car into the chilly air of the night.
His hands trembled unnecessarily as he knocked on his best friend's door.
He was so nervous he thought he could pee his pants any second now.
But he won't, not now at least.
He already stepped in the beasts property.
He chuckled.
He can't call Hyunjin a beast, though.
His sweet best friend was far away from that.
Maybe he was the beast in this story.
It would make much more sense, to him at least.
He was pulled back from his thoughts as he heard the creaking sound of the door.
He looked up to see his best friend standing behind the said door.
Oh, yeah.
Felix was a goner.
He was gone a long time ago.
"Hi."
Hyunjin spoke.
Why are they like this?
Why do they act like strangers when they clearly know they are far from that?
Why do they act like they know nothing about each other when they clearly know that's not true?
Hyunjin was dying to know.
"Hey."
"Get in. It's cold."

Maybe Felix preferred the cold.
Maybe Felix liked staying out.
Or maybe he just wasn't ready to get inside.
Maybe he just wasn't ready to face his best friend.
