Love Is Worth Waiting For

Chapter 15

I woke up at 7 am still lying next to Matt. I rolled onto my side so I was looking at him. He was already awake and was looking at me. I moved so I was lying on top of him. "Hey," I say. "Hey babe," he says jokingly. I roll my eyes. I hear him whisper something. I look at him. "How are you?" I ask. "I'm good you?" he asks. "I'm good," I say. He smiles. "So babe wanna play a game?" he asks. "Sure," I say. I watch as he walks over to his office. I get up and follow him. I watch as he sits in his gaming chair and then looks at me. "Sit down then he says tapping his leg. I look at him. "Sit on my lap then," he says. I hesitate but walk over to him and sit on his lap. I watch as he edits his video. I thought we were gonna play a game. I guess not.

Later.

I sigh. "Okay let's play a game" he says as he opens up GTA. He then joins a DC call with Jaren, Chris and Nelson. Why did he join a call? They all say hey to each other. I didn't know if I could speak so I stayed silent. I look at him. He mutes his mic and whispers in my ear "Stay silent baby". I felt butterflies form in my stomach. I sat there watching him play GTA with his friends. I tried to speak but every time I tried he placed his hand over my mouth pulling me back slightly. I felt butterflies form in my stomach every time he did it. I lean back and look up at him. I felt him place his hand on my neck as he gently ran his fingers along my jaw. I stared at him while he carried on with his game. His grip on my neck got tighter as I tried to sit up. I lay back down causing his grip to loosen. He knew what he was doing.

Later.

Matt was now just talking to the guys. His hand was still around my neck. I tried to sit up but his grip became tighter on my neck. I looked at him trying to turn so I could get up. He quickly placed his hand on my thigh and dug his nails in so I couldn't get up. I whimper but luckily his mic didn't pick it up. He mutes his mic. "Be quiet" he says in a dominant tone. I look away from him. But he grips my neck tighter forcing me to look at him. I kept looking at him while he carried on talking to his friends.

Later.

Matt had just left the call with his friends. He was now rubbing his thumb against my thigh. He still had his hand on my neck. I place my hand on his wrist. I feel his grip get tighter. I whimper. I feel him let go of my neck. I sit up and look at him. "Sorry I didn't mean to hurt you El" he says. "It's fine," I say. He smiles and hugs me. I smile as I lean against him.

Later.

I was just sitting next to Matt on the sofa when I noticed him looking at me. I give him a confused look as he mutters something under his breath. I look at him confused. "Fuck it," he says before kissing me. I felt my body freeze up. I pull away confused. "Sorry," he says awkwardly. I look at him. Without even thinking I kiss him. I feel him gently grab my neck pulling me closer to him. We both pull away looking at each other. "I like you," we both say at the same time. We both smile. I guess this is it. I got what I wanted.

This may be the end of the chapter of my book. But it's the start of a new chapter in a new book. This one ends in love and happiness. The next one starts with love and happiness. Who knows how it will end? But what I do know is that love always finds a way to you when you least expect it. So to those who are waiting for love just be patient it will come to you when it's your time.
