Yk maybe when he first was introduced I thought he was cute, but as time went on I found out the truth of curse spirits and that Mahito is just Satan created from negative energy. My guy is a sadist that hates humans.
1. I'll start off with it was proven that curse spirits are confirmed to not have genitals. It's left to our imagination how Choso's mother could have cursed children because of what Kenjaku did to her. There was something special about the woman that allowed her to get pregnant from the curse. Edit: Kenjaku did not use Noritoshi Kamo body to forcibly impregnate her, it was a curse spirit. We don't know how though it was implied that she was special.

So in other words the only exception was Choso's mother. Also, take Kenjaku as another Orochimaru who can make the impossible happen.
Now my only question is to why Mahito of all things? There's plenty of better and HOTTER characters to write fanfics of. Fuck it. Even Naoya would've been a better choice than Mahito.
I'll say it, even Sukuna is better because he's at least human. Mahito is not.
However, if you're so dead set on a Mahito fanfic then I'd suggest create it an AU college or sum AU at least. I've read some interesting AU fanfics where Mahito would be in the story as the same asshole which I love it. I'll never read a Mahito x reader/oc fanfic because I hate him anyways. Sukuna at least more tolerable than that punk.

2. Mahito really hates humans in general. All of them. Not even debatable. He is a sadistic fuck that likes to experiment with his curse technique on humans. This character is just a bad choice to even pick to write a fanfic of.
3. Why is that some maybe more than a lot of fanfics write Mahito as a softy? He'd play and tease jokes the OC/reader? Also don't make the comparison he teased and played around with the other disasterous curses as a way he would play around with a human. Ya he would play around with humans by transfiguring them and killing them. It was stated in the manga that Mahito is the leader of his cursed spirit group with Jogo, Hanami, and Dagon. Their ultimate goal is the eradication of humanity and ultimately replacing the population with cursed spirits. Think this one through why he's a bad choice to write a fanfic on. Ok I'm done with the Mahito rant.
Jogo's grumpy ass is better than Mahito. At least my guy is tired of life but I wouldn't be writing no fanfic of cursed spirits x human reader. That's mad weird.
