when she woke up the next day, she didn't expect to hear anything from kate or clint but she did and she smiled as she read kates name on her phone and shook her head. she changed into a more comfortable outfit and left her apartment meeting up with kate in the park
"there you are" kate said and willow smiled at her as she grabbed the leash of the dog and walked over to the group of larpers and willow waved at them
"hey, i don't mean to interrupt. wow you guys are dedicated" kate said and willow looked at the women
"wait i remember you, you were with hawkeye" she said to willow who nodded with a smile on her face
"yeah he sent us on official avengers business. this is his partner kate" willow introduced
"he said you guys could help us out. one of you guys is a cop?" kate asked
"that's me. officer wendy conrad. better as els-beth of deepdale" she introduced and willow waved
"officer. basically, all we need is some casual, run-of-the mill evidence tampering. hawkeyes trick arrows are in An NYPD facility near the manhattan bridge" kate said
"i can probably help you out if you make it worth my while" she told them
"worth our while" the guy who talked to willow and clint said and willow looked at him as he waved at her and she waved back
"yeah. yeah, sure, totally. whatever you want. all right. all in? okay this is gonna be great. you guys are awesome, outfits, the. its just really awesome" kate said and willow laughed as the group as whole headed back to the apartment and willow smiled as she saw the apartment full of people and then the door opened
"there's our guy. snickerdoodle? they're still warm. hey, come on in" the firefighter told him
"hey, clint. how'd your day go?" kate asked
"my days been fine. how are you doing?" he asked them and willow laughed at him.
"good. better than yours, i'd say" she said
"so did you get my gear?"
"yeah, yeah, they're on their way. they should be here any minute. relax" kate said and clint stared at them
"what?" he asked and they watched kate and the women work together as they put on kates viking suit and talked about her making their new outfits
