3rd person pov
"so how do you know my sister?" yelena asked and willow sighed.
"so I don't know if you know about the Multiverse, but when I showed up the avengers took me in, and I met Natasha. I was 18 and scared and I didn't know what to do soon Natasha took me in and ever since then I've been living with her and she's been like my mom. whenever everything happened during the blip and she came back, she's been pretending to be dead because she wanted to live simple life and not be bothered and I didn't think it would come back to bite her in the ass until right now. And I know how much it sucks to lose someone you think you lost someone which is why I'm doing this. " willow said
"you know I could kill you right now if I wanted to right?" yelena asked and willow laughed
"course I know that but I also know that you wouldn't be able to see your sister again whether you believe me or not not and that must suck so you're not gonna kill me. What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna show you the apartment let you in and you can talk to Natasha but that's all that's gonna happen. I'm not gonna be involved because it's truly none of my business and I can't do anything about it. But she's changed and she's miss you but that doesn't mean she's gonna accept that you showed up to murder someone you thought murdered her. Meaning I know who you think murdered her and he didn't. He was her best friend. He's my dad he would never do that." she exclaimed and yelena stared at the girl in annoyance
"you know you talk a lot for someone who's supposed to be a superhero in disguise" she said and willow turned to her
"yeah, I've gotten that before, anyways we're here so be safe" she told her and she opened the door to the apartment and natasha turned to her as she made eye contact with yelena and yelena looked at her sister with a look in her eyes that willow couldn't decipher
"willow what is this?" natasha asked
"this is me showing your sister that you're not dead, talk to her mom or so help me God you will mean absolutely nothing. if I could have the chance to talk to someone who I thought was dead, I would do it. if I had the chance to find Miles who is dead, I would do it so don't pass this up because you want to live a quiet life" willow said and she left the two of them alone in the apartment. she stared at the ceiling for a second and she shook her head, she couldn't believe natasha now that she thought about it. this was something she would have killed for and natasha didn't care for it for a second.
"willow" she heard and she turned to see mj, the two of them had been friends for a while now and mj knew about her being from a different universe but she didn't know about peter anymore and it hurt willow.
"hey m" she said and mj walked over as she sat down next to her and they both sighed. The two girls had lost important people to them along the way, and every part of it made them friends, but it also hurt them, because losing people always hurts no matter who it is or what's happening.
"what's going on?" willow asked mj and mj sighed
"I got in and for some reason I'm mad about it and I don't know why I just I never thought that this would be my life and the fact that it is is scary" mj said and willow sighed
"I get it MJ but this is how we grow we live and we learn and we grow and that's what matters" willow said and mj leaned her head on the girls shoulders and they stared at the wall across from them for a while until mjs phone rang and she looked at it
"its my mom, i have to go but ill see you later. be safe" mj told the girl and willow nodded as she watched mj get up and leave as fast as she could. willow wanted to call kate but she didn't, she didn't know what to say and even if she did , how would she say it?
she thought about clint wherever the fuck he was and kate and everything in her life that mattered more then anything because this was her life. pretending for the sake of pretending and needing to pretend for herself and everyone around her.
she heard the door open and she turned to see yelena standing there, she didn't know what to expect from her
"thank you Willow Shaw, you help me a lot more than I thought you would've. I'm really glad I didn't kill you." yelena said and willow laughed
"I'm really glad you didn't kill me too, thanks for trusting me. I know it must be hard with everything." she said and yelena smiled as she nudged the girl and left.
with this she walked into the apartment and natasha hugged her with a sad smile making willow smile too. they stood there for a few minutes until natasha let go and looked at willow
"thank you for bringing her here. i know it was hard" natasha said and willow nodded her head softly. she let her go and willow walked to her room. she laid on her bed and smiled. she kissed kate and now that was all she could think about and it would be all she could think about for a while.
but when would kate need her next?
